Staff was great. Had an issue with safe and TV and they were on it within minutes. Great location. Staff very helpful

Great locations and they offer a free bus pass for during your stay. Laundry facilities are very reasonable at $2 per machine. Spa and pool were lovely with very small gym but has all your basics. Room was lovely with a gorgeous balcony view and staff were very helpful planning excursions and days out

Very close to Banff town; so accessible and walking distance to mall .

We came to Banff for half marathon and while we could not get late checkout the staff was very helpful about leaving car a little longer in garage. He also checked us in earlier so we could get a good start to our time in Banff. Highly recommend. We also ate at the keg and had a great dinner and experience. Thanks

Good enough of a place to stay but very expensive for what you get

Room carpets and furniture at reception were old and not clean and require replacement. The fan could be in a place where we could see and instructions to keep the window open in the night would have been helpful. The first night without opening the window was like sleeping in an oven in spite of the low temperatures outside.

Bar closes early at 10 pm on a Friday. No free coffee available. But they have you a transit pass for three days.

My husband and I loved our two nights here! We were able to check in a little early, and Antonio (Toni) at the desk was delightful. The coupons for local eateries and free rides on the Roam bus were much appreciated. The room was nice (and quiet, despite being by the road and above the garage) and we enjoyed the very large hot pool. The walk to "downtown" is around 10 minutes, but wasn't a problem for us. And we also loved the free underground parking -- we were able to use our own EV charger at one of the many outlets. Definitely recommend staying here.

It's a little far from downtown. But nice clean and quiet room

The hotel is dated - it’s been here forever. Room is clean, bed is VERY comfortable, but pillows were quite hard. Washroom is newer and well maintained. Our superior room had NO A/C - luckily it was cold and we had a fan. Be mindful during warmer times.
