My initial reaction upon arrival was the place seemed a little dated, but I soon realized it was a very comfortable and clean resort. Very quiet and well maintained. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our overall stay was okay. The room was decent and clean, the view from our window took away from the experience (old rusty truck and junk behind the hotel). The biggest disappointment came when we used the jacuzzi. After swimming in the pool, we quietly and respectfully entered the jacuzzi, not knowing a reservation was required. The policy was mentioned in small print, and we were genuinely unaware. An employee approached us in a sarcastic tone, asking if we were “having fun”, and informed us we needed to leave because we hadn’t reserved the space. We were respectful and quiet, and no one else had a reservation, so it felt unnecessary harsh.

The only thing I didn’t no like it it was a local guy that stay at the hotel and very friendly with my kids… giving me the impression that he was kind of kidnapper or something worse. I

The mall is close and all the stores are walking. My family also is close and I get there very ease.

Hotel muy viejo / Very old hotel

It is a nice hotel. Most of the staff is very friendly. Room service is delivered quickly. The last time I stayed there, there was a bar/lounge, but on this trip I was told it was not there anymore. There is only a restaurant where you can order drinks but it's not the same. Overall, a great value. I would stay here again.

Staff were great and super helpful. Food at the restaurant wasn’t good, had 1 meal and didn’t go back

This hotel was fine, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that was a problem was the wifi; it was very weak and slow.

The price was reasonable and the service was polite and provided great service. There was shopping close by therefore convenient.

Nice location. Walkable distance to shopping mall, grocery stores, and restaurants, etc. The restaurant inside the hotel is great too. It will be great if they open little bit earlier in the morning hour. Hotel staff is always professional manner and friendly.
