Could hear the people above us walking well past 2am.

Absolutely incredible! Staff is super nice. Love the swings, pool area, and fire pit. The hot tub/bath was incredible.

Guest service at the property was amazing. The small continental breakfast served daily was a plus. Rooms were smaller than expected, however, the GM of the property was awesome and took care of service recovery.

We had a nice stay! The property is nice! A cute pool area, many different seating areas throughout the grounds, a good breakfast. All the employees were friendly. My only complaint would be that our room never fully cooled off, it is the desert though.

Very nice hotel not right in the middle of busy Sedona. We had a delux room with a soaker tub and patio - enjoyed them both.

The motel was decent, comfortable and at a good location. A few things that were a surprise was that i thought the pet fee was $30 per stay per pet; but it turned out to be per night. Since we had two petite dogs it was an extra $120. The second thing is that i received an email after we checked in promoting their pool cabanas for $125.00. We are from las vegas and cabanas are a comodity so we understand when they are promoted, however the pool area is tiny, the cabanas are cute but full of dust and very small. Its something that we would purchase if live music was promoted with it and/or drinks included but it only offered a sitting spot and i think i maybe saw 1 family at the pool. But we did enjoy staying there, the breakfast is good; they had waffles, and baggles, turkey sausage paddies and eggs. So if you dont mind a little work making your breakfast, its good and very satisfying. There are sitting areas to enjoy and read a book and sit with your love ones.

This place was super convenient, a really nice hotel! Friendly staff at the front desk, big room with a jacuzzi – so affordable and totally worth it. I loved relaxing in it after hiking all day. And a huge bonus – they had breakfast every morning, something different each day. It was great just getting up and heading down, no fuss.

Everything was great, the only downfall was the bed, I think they need to upgrade the beds in the rooms . It was very uncomfortable , could not sleep we had bad back problems and made it worse after long walk on trail and could not rest comfortably on the bed

The room was overpriced but thats expected Memorial weekend. The staff was very pleasant but you could definitely tell our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and/or stayed in for a while. It seem as the room just got a quick tidy up. There was dust along the top of the bed, under the chairs and desk. I found an old plastic knife under the desk and the a/c unit leaked during our entire stay and did not cool the room down. We also noticed little ants near the jacuzzi tub (the jacuzzi tub was also in need of a detailed clean, lots of build up in the jets). Breakfast is included but very mid, there was a coffee and tea station that was available daily (24/7).This would be more of a budget type hotel ($100-150 a night), but the location of the property is great about 20-30 mins from trails.

Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Food could've been better.
