Good morning, the resort property itself was stunning and has the potential of being a go to for our annual family vacation getaway. The obstacles of guest service and minor inconveniences that can be avoided give my family and I hesitations. We stumbled upon the resort property on Expedia and was amazed by the location and vast options of dining and activities it offered, we booked immediately.
the room was clean and the ocean view were beautiful. However on the first night of our stay the pool restaurant closed at 7pm vs the advertised 10pm which forced us to eat off site. the following morning we went to the restaurant to attend the breakfast, we purchased a buffet option thru Expedia but we were not met with that, they removed the buffet option throughout our entire stay and we had to order a la carte. the food and service at the restaurant was great luckily! Afterwards we headed to the pool and sadly we're met with ongoing construction at the jacuzzi area with the jack hammer off constantly, there was no sign or indication that this was ongoing. thankfully the pool attendants were warm welcoming and speedy with food and drink delivery. The night prior to our checkout my husband decided he'd like to stay an additional night and enjoy the beach which we had no had a chance to bask in since we were at the pool most of the day.
