Clean, quiet, respectful and everyone is helpful. I was surprised to see how many languages are spoken to make sure you are well informed about all the services offered. Always smelling great, close to so many useful spots (stores, restaurants) 9.5/10

The hotel is okay. The room wasn't ready at 3.30 pm. The key didn't work, reception just didn't care. The room was noisy. The breakfast wasn't good for us, fruit was excellent but other choices were poor. The staff ,some good some not so good. Coffee wasn't offered. It gets very busy and the system is slightly chaotic. No one at reception asked if we'd had a good stay. Or said thank you. The best bit was the airport shuttle the driver was great. Very disappointed by the experience.

The room was clean breakfast was great but we got overcharged. Wasn’t sure if other juices wasn’t included in the buffet prices ended up being charged $20 per person which was much for Guatemala

The breakfast bar offers a wonderful variety of options. During our last visit, however, there were items that were out. When we first sat down we were offered coffee, but no refills were offered after that. Neither of these would keep me from coming back there. It is a great place.

The premium room club was great. Free drinks and snacks. The staff was very friendly and helful. The hotel was very beautiful and the free airport pick up and drop off was very helful as well. The buffet breakfast was great. The selection was amazing. I give it 11 out of 10. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stsy in this hotel again! Thank you for making us feel welcome

Arrived earlier than expected check in at 3 pm, however, the staff were very proactive in getting us into our room as soon as possible, which they did. Plus, provided us with complementary drinks while we waited.
