Pleasant helpful staff, location to metro station, walkable areas

Comfortable and convenient hotel in the center of the city. Good sized rooms and excellent fit and finish. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a very nice hotel. The only downside is the most major restaurants there are closed in Mondays and Tuesdays. The breakfast buffet is great! They bake the best bread in Japan!!!!

The location is perfect! The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious with high quality amenities. The beds are a bit of hard so that is something to consider If you have a bad back.

Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.

Overall, the hotel provides clean and comfortable stay. The extra charge to use the gym facilities should be made known on its website before booking.

Great location with a connection to the subway underground. Nice lobby with very attentive staff. The only downside is the small bedrooms but that’s typical of Japanese hotels. I would definitely stay in Hotel Okura again.

Has mall

Excellent service and very spacious room for solo travelers. Worthy of its 5-star rating. The location is a bit quiet as it is between Hakata and Tenjin areas.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location– directly above a subway station on the Airport line. With that said, I'll mention I wasn't happy with my check-in experience. Everyone was friendly during my stay, but moments after I brought my things to the room the phone rang. It was the woman at the front desk who checked me in telling me the credit card I presented for payment had been declined. What?!!!! I'd been using that high-limited Visa card during a month of travel in Japan, South Korea and Vietnam without any problems. I was obviously concerned I'd become the victim of fraud and immediately went back downstairs to offer a different card. It was rather humiliating. The desk clerk couldn't explain why my card had been rejected, but she gave me a two-digit code that accompanied the rejection that I could use to contact my bank. Bottom line: The code meant the clerk had entered an incorrect CVV number from the back of my Visa. Her simple error had caused me considerable discomfort. I didn't see her again during my stay so I'm putting this in the review hoping the hotel management will ask the front desk staff to be more careful!

Room is very nice and spacious.

Great location , we walked everywhere close to cancel , shops and shrines. Easy taxi from ferry and easy to main station. Hotel was immaculate.
