Amazing stay at Okura. The room service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I want to especially thank Misaki for her outstanding support, her assistance truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

This place was exceeding my expectation in every way. They had such friendly and accommodating staff. First thing they do when you walk in is help with your luggage to your room and have a quick and easy check in. They had spacious rooms and had an amazing view. I felt very well taken care of when I set foot into this hotel. I would definitely come back here again.

One of my favorite hotels in Fukuoka. It is right on the subway line (for direct access to/from the airport) and located close to canal city with convenient access to restaurants and shops. Rooms are comfortable and larger than average.

all the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The room is clean but a bit dated. The carpet in my room doesn't extend to the bathroom door. Thus a gap. I don't expect such room conditions for a 5 star hotel.

I always have a pleasant stay at Hotel Okura, no matter the location. The staff are consistently professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the on-site restaurant is both convenient and delicious. I was especially impressed by Marek, an English-speaking staff member who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage transportation. We’ve used this service at other hotels, but Hotel Okura truly stands out. All we had to do was bring our luggage downstairs—Marek took care of everything. In fact, if we had asked, they would have picked up the luggage directly from our room. The level of service was exceptional.
