The best hotel we have stayed at in London… so very central for everything. Staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. The food is divine and so are the cocktails! Will definitely return.

Great hotel , staff were very friendly. Spa was lovely although not very warm . Rooms were nice and breakfast great . Ideal for the theatre district of London and Covent Garden

Good hotel. Room was excellent. Friendly service. Spa ok but no hot tub and sauna and steam facilities small so 3/5. Good option for price but slightly overpriced

Absolutely outstanding service from every member staff. Clearly this hotel takes pride in customer service, the best we have ever experienced. The room size and attention to detail was very good, food and drinks in the restaurant and bar very high standard. Cant fault this hotel. We didn’t get to experience the spa, maybe next time.

Perfect, gorgeous , elegant. Every detail carefully thought out with a high design sensibility. Full of flowers and art and truly wonderful staff.

The staff were very professional, polite and friendly going above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay for our daughters birthday and the hotel was wonderful . This hotel is definitely added to the top of our list of places to stay when next in London .
