Staff was very helpful

Not happy really. We were an hour early so asked for an early check in. The receptionist told us “yes we can upgrade your room for an early check in”- “for 20 euro!”. What is that about? We already paid for the room. And the room was not an upgrade- it was a tiny room with 2 twin beds- nothing upgraded. The rein was ready so why were we charged. I just think that is so wrong. It’s not like they were giving us a room for free! Not happy. Rest of the stay was fine- hotel Itself nice. Decent gym. Did not eat there but menu seems ok.

Nice hotel with excellent staff.

We were a day delayed and only got to enjoy one night at this beautiful hotel! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the room was so spacious and bright, love the window seats❤️ The bed was just a bit hard form my taste, but everything else was lovely.

Everything was great! Parking nearby, good breakfast, easy walk to temple bar area. Loved our stay!

From the lovely welcome from Ricardo at the front desk who was so helpful and charming, organising a room earlier than expected, to the comfortable space, I couldn't fault anything. We had cocktails at the bar which were deeeelish. Was my second time here and will definitely be back, thanks for everything x

Overall slightly disappointed as when we arrived we were given a room where the window didn't open and also was shaded due to looking into a internal courtyard - they don't mention this in the booking that some rooms don't have opening / clear windows - given the cost this was disappointing. We were then offered to move rooms / didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this

Property was easy to get to and close to many sites or close to transportation.

A lovely stay from start to finish. The breakfast staff were very eager to please, especially by providing gluten free options. We also had gluten free afternoon tea twice, lovely!

Best option if you want to be close to temple bar and Trinity College in a nice and secluded place.

Had the best experience here the staff were amazing breakfast was amazing location was amazing Will be back and would definitely recommend this property
