The room was clean and the front desk personnel were great. There was a horrific smell throughout the 2nd floor of the hotel (I was in room 212). Secondly the heat/AC unit made a very loud noise every time the unit kicked on throughout the night, waking me up every time. Caused me to be throughout my meetings throughout the early part of the day. Probably will have to look for other hotel options in Laurel during my next stay.

Shower water got hot/cold throughout the shower. Night before checkout there must have been an error at the desk and the gave someone access to our room. Someone walked in on us at 730 at night. Never heard a work from the front desk about it. Room was clean. Though room service tried to come in to clean our room 90 minutes before checkout while we were cleaning up.

My room was right next to the elevator and the noises from outside got me up at 5:30 in the morning and I couldn’t get back to sleep. The breakfast was passable but not up to best western usual standards.

I found a huge black long hair in my bed after the first night of my stay...I have short brown hair.it was on a pillow which leads me to believe n that perhaps the bed may not have been changed but what the heck do I know.

Poor customer service

Roo. Was nice and clean. Great breakfast in the morning. Loved the machine in the lobby for different coffee choices or hot chocolate. Staff was nice but had to wait quite a bit for someone to come out to check us in. Other than that the stay was great. Would stay again. Area surrounding the hotel seemed as though it could be a little sketchy.

The breakfast items & quantity were cut back significantly. However the room prices are not!

The hotel was great! It actually exceeded my expectations. The staff was nice & the cleaning team cleaned around the clock. I never ran out of towels & they refreshed the room daily.

The ice machine is one fifth floor.
