Property is undergoing some work and our windows were covered in opaque tarps. Hotel is a bit tired on the inside and the breakfast was very lacklustre with a small assortment of flavourless foods and beverages. However the bed was comfortable enough and the room was large and clean. Security guard did a good job of keeping the hockey tournament families quiet at night. It was fine but overpriced for the condition of the hotel and the location.

Very friendly staff. My room was gross. The other room booked was acceptable but nothing outstanding. Property was under renovations but even areas that were not were pretty well warn. My unit had stains everywhere, cracks in the shower surround, paint chips everywhere, a portable AC unit since the AC in the unit didn't work.

Under construction. But it didn’t bother me. Food for breakfast was good especially I didn’t have to cook it. lol does anyone use WiFi anymore? Lady at the front desk was a great lady!

All good except for lack of daily housekeeping

Air conditioning did not work in room, stuck at 34 entire time, no solutions provided by hotel except $30 credit.

The staff and the clientele are perfectly fine. However, the building has that motel moldy odour, and the air ducts need cleaning. This had an enormous impact on my stay. I would not come back.

Really nice and clean hotel. Great price too! Perfect for a couple plus more. We had a king size bed, a couch and a chair inside the room. Free breakfast in the morning. There was a gym in there too etc - We loved this hotel and we will be back! Thanks for the great experience !

I arrived in this hotel with high expectations, knowing that it is closer to the event. As myself and my husband walked in the room,my heart was broken, because of the stain visibly on the floor ,in the living room. Expedia has assured me that, everything will be alright with my reservation, but sadly the stain spoiled the high expectations. The staff I communicated with apologized and explained that the stain has been cleaned by the professional company, but still remains. The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom is clean and the bedroom and the bed is comfortable. In the living room, there is another hand sink. The refrigerator is very clean. There is a study table and a full lamp by the side of the living room. They served daily breakfast with varieties. While in this hotel room, you will feel at home. My husband gives the hotel an A: Excellent. If you observe any wrongdoing during your stay, please bring it to the front desk attention, your room could be changed. The hotel is also over priced 🙏 We were too tired to change our assigned room. We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Lizzy.
