All is good

Property was great , rooms are great. No soap anywhere is the room when we checked in and staff were very slow to address it Every time I called down to desk I was put on hold for long periods of time.

Great value

This was likely the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. In addition, it was not level and anytime you moved even a slight bit, it made loud squeaking noises. We stayed for a sports tournament and my child got little to no sleep. Very disappointed!

Furnace too loud, not enough water pressure in old shower head.

Breakfast is good and also ideal location if you want to take a stop after or before crossing the GTA just next to 401.

Nice staff and clean rooms

The door handle to the bathroom was broken. The couch was dirty. The lampshade had what looked like blood stains on it

It was ok and the room was clean, but we got a suite with a pull out bed yet there wasn’t any bedding for it. I had to use pillows and a blanket from the other bed. I don’t think that’s ok considering the cost of the suite. The attendant at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest when we signed in. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely atrocious. Just plain gross. Overall, it’s well maintained but I wouldn’t go back. There are other options in the area.

I had a one bedroom suite for four days, really nice room, Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were awesome, definitely going to book another stay.
