The location near the Bay in Sault Ste. Marie was great. We were able to walk over to the Bay boardwalk. Our room was good , clean and comfortable. The overall hotel and room could do with a refresh as it looked dated. Parking was a bit of a challenge and the hotel was hard to find due to one way streets etc in the area. I would recommend this hotel as it was comfortable and clean.

They allow pets. There are no designated No pet rooms so if you have any allergies beware. Also be tolerent

Liked the seperste bedroom from the living area. Liked the 2 doors to the bathroom. There was a large black garbage bag in our hallway from Saturday morning until Monday afternoon. I told 1 housekeeper and two front desk staff about it and they all said they would look after it immediately. Nothing happened.

Air Conditioner broken

The make shift air conditioner in room wasn’t working properly so had to open window

On my first night, the room provided contained a hidden structural defect—the fabric dust cover on the underside of the boxspring had a long tear in it. My registered pet entered the boxspring through this tear and got trapped inside the frame, requiring an emergency extraction by myself and a staff member and an immediate room relocation. When I requested a refund of my pet fee and my first night's stay due to this dangerous maintenance failure, management issued a written response denying liability, claiming the incident was my fault because my animal was 'allowed out' inside the guest room. The hotel room was rented explicitly so a registered pet could occupy the space; guests cannot be expected to inspect the underside of a bed for hidden structural traps. Unprofessional management and unsafe facility maintenance.

The property needs some enhancments and better cleaning standards.

For the price this is a great deal. Location wise not so much. But still relatively close to a lot of things. One thing is the room was cold and we never figured out how to make it warm. Overall nice hotel

Lovely place. Very comfortable. Requested a room with a walk in shower which was provided. Only challenge was no grab bar in the shower. If you need that, you might want to book an accessibility room rather than just the walk in shower.

I want to give a humongous thank you to Bernie. All the staff were incredible but Bernie took really great care of me and my dog. I will definitely be back. The property is so clean and the amenities were so helpful. Thanks again to the staff and Bernie especially.

Nous avons demander de faire la chambre au bout de 3 jours et ils ont changer seulement les serviettes Personnels au déjeuner aucun sourire mais les déjeuners étaient diversifiés
