Staff was friendly. Room spacious and clean. Good location. Needs newer carpet as it's heavily stained- hence pet friendly room. Harrison spring is a tad quiet during winter especially with the public pool being closed.

Rooms were clean and hygienic. Staff were helpful and. There were not much of amenities.

The hotel room was not clean. The bathroom ceiling had visible holes and appeared to be deteriorating. The bathroom itself was dirty, and the bathtub had not been properly cleaned. Overall, the property seems to be in poor condition, with noticeable maintenance issues throughout. I am not going back there.

The room was clean, but very outdated. Door frames, furniture and elevator had many scratches, stains, chipped paint etc.. it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The pool was closed even though it was supposed to be open. We were given a coupon for the public pool which was also closed and we did not have access to the pool at Harrison hot springs hotel. The staff were friendly.

Place is a bit run down and not veyr modern. The pool and facilities were not open, which was a main selling feature for booking. Luckfully the price of the room was cheap.

Room condition was poor. You will get cushions instead of pillows. Washroom roof had pannels missing and missing exhaust fan. And room fan was loud. One of rooms next door lock had battery low and kept beeping whole night. Carpet was in very poor condition too.

This hotel was the dirtiest, smelliest most disgusting neglected place i have stayed in years, we didnt even stay there we went accross the street and stayed in a different hotel. The stink was unbearable and there stuff dripping down the walls of the elevator. I wouldnt let my son touch anything and we just got out of there

No central heat, just a portable heater. So dry without any humidity throughout the night.

Hotel was very affordable however very run down. I am not sure if they are new owners but I stayed here a few years back and it was very nice. This time there were stains all over the carpet in my room, tears in the rug and the common areas ie lobby, hallway and elevators are definitely needing to be painted. Gave it two stars because the staff were friendly.

Rooms are in terrible condition. Clean, but very, very tired. They have seen much better days. Staff was pretty friendly! Thank you! Even though the check in was at 4 PM (!!!!), the room was not ready until 5 PM. It was OK as we spent extra time exploring the vicinity. The location is nice as it is right near all the restaurants and cafes in Harrison.

Stay elsewhere! I normally don’t complain as I’m a fairly basic traveller, but this place deserves to be given a negative review. Upon check in, I was told I would not be receiving the king room I booked and given a queen instead. That wasn’t the biggest deal but it was the start of the negative experience. The real problem is the condition/cleanliness. The entire hotel is in disrepair. Probably one of the worst/grossest hotel bathrooms I’ve ever walked into. Visible mold in the shower, tile grout was orange from grime - clearly hadn’t been scrubbed in quite some time. Black hair stuck to different parts of the mirror, sink drain was stuck and water would take minutes to go down. The pressboard Vanity was absorbing water and starting to grow mold, and was disintegrating. Carpets and couch fabric was absolutely dirty. Looked to be gum stuck to carpet as well as burns. Hallway carpet was gross. Walls and doors had grime and fingerprints on them. Everything needs to be renovated in this hotel. Not just for an update but because it is unsanitary.
