The room was awful. Stains all over the carpet . AC not working . Bath not draining when taking a shower. They guys at reception just didn't care when raising concerns . We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left after 1 night . Worst hotel I have ever stayed in .

The place looked disheveled and in the latter stages of an incomplete renovation. Fire alarm was still covered/masked over from painting as was the sprinkler in the ceiling. A very loud sound possibly coming from the AC unit? From the room below. Anyway would not recommend the hotel in it’s current state.

When we arrived it was noticeable the hotel is under renovations. This was not mentioned in write-up of hotel. When we arrived to our room it did not resemble the pictures advertised at all. No amenities were open during our stay. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the misrepresentation of hotel room quality was very disappointing and not worth the $200 a night we paid.

Staff let us check in early which is always nice.

The property is not well maintained. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was not very clean. It was leas expensive than the Harrison Hot Springs Resort

The property is under a well needed reno! The room was cozy, beds were very comfortable. The carpet was extremely dirty tho.. The staff were ALL very accommodating, polite & helpful! Breakfast was perfect. Especially liked the location, it was walking distance to restaurants the lake as well as the mineral pool! We were very happy with our two night stay! We would definitely stay again!

Carpets are old and worn in places the rooms are clean but no freezer section in the small Refrigerator

The hotel is dated. Needs a heavy renovation. Rooms are big and beds were comfy. However its under ground parking only. My truck barley fit. I had to remove one of my radio antennas to fit. Also for the amenities. The pool house closes at 3pm Thursday to Sunday. And the hot springs is only for those staying on the resort.

It was okay. We will not stay again as for the money charged it was not to our expediations.

Definitely the worst hotel on my 18 nights/16 hotels trip. Stay away. Dirty, well past its prime, parking in the boonies.

The pictures on Expedia’s website and the hotel website are false advertising. The pictures are likely 20+ years old. If there were still goldfish in that fountain they would be dead. This hotel should not be listed by Expedia as it is in a state of atrocious disrepair. There are no renovations taking place despite the absolute need for an entire replacement and cleaning of every area of this hotel. The owners know this for sure but continue to dupe people into staying there as Expedia lists it. The underground parking is full of nests of swallows (birds), the outside of the building is covered in green algae and possibly mold or mildew. They would not even respond to Expedia for my request for a refund. It was so unacceptable that we left and found another place that had a room left that night. Do better and respond to customer complaints (having no one at the front desk makes it hard to complain) and just give me a refund!

Clean room, friendly staff- mountain view rooms, close to beach and water parks!

Room construction underway, outstanding location, excellent staff, will plan another trip.

Just don't stay here. I booked in error meaning to book at the Harrison BEACH Hotel which is actually very nice. This place should be torn down if they're not even going to try. Dirty stained carpet, plugged tub, nit enough towels or tp, air conditioner didn't work. Room was so hot and stuffy. Love the village! Still had a great time because I was with my girls and we just live Harrison Hot Springs. Will NEVER make the mistake of staying here again.

Nice staff

The hotel was in need of a complete renovation. Carpet torn and spotted/dirty. Baseboards peeling. All very dated. Outlets in the rooms loose to the point of difficulty to plug in phone charger to stay. Towels were decent and tv channels were limited. Location okay - a block off the Main Street for a lake view.

I stayed 1 night at this hotel with my wife & found it conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, hot spring pool. The building facilities are old but under renovation. Our bed/bath rooms were clean, comfortable, complete with appliances we needed. The staff were helpful hospitable & gave me free parking & extra time for check-out. It was definitely good value for the price paid. We're happy & satisfied, thank you!
