Excellent hotel. Excellent food and service. Lago d’Orta is very pretty indeed.

Old furniture in room, including mattress, bathroom very unsafe and out of date, shower and bath not in good condition Not worth the price, at all

A good hotel with large pool,plenty of loungers and options to kayak, water ski, paddle board. Everyone was very friendly and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was good. The older part of the hotel could do with some modernisation but overall we had a relaxing and pleasant stay. The area is absolutely beautiful!!!

Check in and staff (cleaning and breakfast) were professional l. Excellent breakfast. Distinctly above average. The view of the lake was outstanding. The hotel is run down though. It has a 70s/80s vibe. Shame the owners haven't considered investing in a face lift.

This was a great hotel with reasonable prices, and the staff was excellent. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom door- it’s very loud opening it and if you have to go in the night it will wake someone up!

Wonderful location on beautiful lake Orta . Great jumping off point to Magiorre or Orta. The poolis wonderful and the lake crystal clear. Highly recommend

Nice hotel with great free parking. We had balcony room overlooking the lake which was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and a kettle but no cups or coffee provided. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds. You can walk along the lakefront path to the little town of pettanesco. There is a pleasant lake front cafe bar there and another two restaurants in the centre. It is not possible to walk along the road to the main town. All the staff were absolutely excellent, they were hard working, efficient and very friendly, a real credit to the hotel.

Beautiful accommodations! Short distance from the city center, which was a plus since we had a rental car. The only complaint we had was the internet service was very sporadic! If not for that, I would have no complaints whatsoever!

Beautiful spot right on the Orta lakeside with nice pool and peaceful setting. The ferry stops conveniently on the property which is great for traveling to San Guilia and Isola San Guilia. Our room was comfortable although a little dated with a terrible shower head but the lake view terrace made up for it! Staff were generally helpful and accommodating.

The lakeside location of this hotel is the main positive, with a boat service to Orta San Giuilio. Breakfast was ok and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We ate dinner in the hotel a couple of nights but whilst the food was good it felt a bit over elaborate and we preferred to eat at a more authentic local trattoria.
