Spacious public areas, very large car park, reasonable size room and excellent buffet breakfast which was kept topped up until the end of service. Very convenient only a short distance from the M1 and the staff are very welcoming. Only negatives are no lift, only 1 staircase so a long walk to rooms on the far side of the hotel and a bit of updating needed, particularly the carpets. However very clean and rooms have good and quiet aircon. We would certainly recommend and stay here again.

Everything you’d expect from a comfy hotel stay is provided by this beautiful hotel. Rooms are airy and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy and clean. My and partner stayed during the Download festival and loved it.

Have stayed multiple times at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend. The staff are very friendly. There is ample parking. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. It would be 5 stars from me if there were bedside sockets for charging and recycling facilities.

The staff is superfreindly. The hotel is located in less crowded area of city so there is plenty of of space for hotel rooms and for free complemetary parking. The rooms are in very good condition with large bed size. The food is very good. Overall an excellent expeience!

Hotel plumbing is temperamental and carpets are very tired. Very comfy bed and room has everything you need.

Lovely staff

Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Broken drinks vending machine and they sorted me out water. Really good price and rooms great. Hairdryer does set off the fire alarm though!

Rooms were clean but dated, old stained carpets in hallways and rooms. Breakfast good , dry bacon and greasy eggs.

Staff are always great here. Occasionally hotel is booked with a lot of students that think they're in Uni digs so don't respect others but that's not the hotels fault.
