Quite older room. Dogs barking across Galway. Missing drapery.

The only issue we had was two mornings in a row the scrambled eggs pan was cold and the eggs were just liquid- not cooked. The first morning when we came down to leave the eggs were hot. This morning the pan was cold again. They tried another pan but it didn’t work. Gave up and had a yogurt. Not the same lol. Bacon was cooked nicely but the hash browns were not hot and crispy. They were warm and soggy.

Was a good stay. The TV was a little tricky to get cable but we figured it out. Small bathroom, good beds, room is pretty soundproof.

The property was average. Front desk area was not ideal and staff was mediocre. Interactions with staff are only there for a job as when I mentioned items below the eyes glazed over with an attitude of meh and fallen on deaf ears. The entrance has doors that are not automatic and you have to put things down to open up manually. Very dated! The fitness room ran out of Lysol wipes to wipe down the equipment and the water tank was empty to refill water, cups available and no water. I went back the next morning and the wipes were still not refilled. Not sanitary as I requested the day prior as I used equipment both days. Room we stayed in the toilet ran all night and we had to close the door to alleviate the noise. The shower curtain was useless as even when closed fully water leaked out and pooled on the floor causing a slipping hazard close to the door. Breakfast was a lot to be desired. Hash browns( tater tots) were squished beyond recognition and instead of a spoon to scoop them out tongs were given. Poor choice of utensil! When I asked about water to drink I was told to just use the sink and tap in the kitchen. Better parking and clearly marked for hotel guests as this is a shared parking with other business.

My rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of options, including healthy ones.

The only issue which was very annoying was that being in 215 there was a hum and a bit of vibration making it difficult to get to sleep. On checking with the front desk in the morning we were told that it was likely from the fans of the pizza place next door. If the hotel isn’t full they should not place people in this room or others who might have this same issue.

All was good. It is a bit aged but that’s alright.

Clean beds and clean rooms and hotel. Great staff! Centrally located

The location was close to the highway with lots of dining options nearby. There was plenty of parking out front. I enjoyed the breakfast. Small complaint about the TV - I couldn't just turn it on and watch the network channels. I didn't ask for help from the front desk but ... should I have to? Written directions would be helpful for less tech-minded visitors.

Nice hotel. Clean, nice room and the staff was helpful. It was close to the wedding we were attending, and other amenities.

Stayed for two nights in the second night coming back to the room our key cards didn’t work had to make a second trip to the lobby to get them activated they told me it’s the way they do it but failed to say that upon checking or when we walked by.

Easy check in,.nice room with great black out shades, and a good AC that doesn't turn off in the middle of the night

Garbage was removed, coffee replaced, beds made and fresh towels daily. Complimentary breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausage and so much more was above and beyond. This is the best service I've had from a motel in years. A+

I could not get tv, tried everything, 2 remotes and hot water wasn’t very hot
