Hôtel était en mauvais état. Les lits n'étaient pas confortables, il y avait des barres de fer qui dépassaient d'un des lits, ce qui a blessé ma soeur! La literie n'était pas neuve. Le déjeuner était trés limité. Il manquait à chaque fois des choses. Mais le personnel était serviable. Il y avait pas d'haération dans la salle de bain

We had someone else’s dirty socks under our hotel bed skirt. Rooms are run down and old shower was filled with grime.. and there were only 2 towels for four guests. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Games room was nice. But expense. View was the best thing about the hotel

The room looked outdated, but the view was perfect. Unfortunately, the breakfast was the most minimal I’ve ever had.

La piscine intérieur et extérieur était très belle. Par contre, la glissage était brisée durant notre séjour. C’était une des choix pourquoi nous avions choisit cette hôtel donc une déception. Mais sinon c’était quand même bien. Le balcon était bien mais il manque d’amour avec la propreté.

Room was clean staff was great. Hotel needs some upgrades. One elevator is not enough. Sink in bathroom was very slow with drain of water. Shower needs shelving. Would be nice to have Kleenex in bathroom. Door hinges are rusted. Missed out on breakfast that was included because there was no place to sit and run out of food.

The hotel is extremely rundown, old is okay but dirty is not acceptable. The staff was surely at best and totally unable to answer simple questions. Their don’t bother me attitude was very strange from any hotel I have stayed in before. The room was dirty and there was no room service done on day 2 of my 2 day stay? The balcony was filthy and I’m sure the balcony and windows hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. For the price I was charged I expected better from Ramada. I have told everyone that I know that there are far better options than staying at any “Ramada” You can also be assured that I will never be a guest in any of your properties again.

Just a terrible run down old place. We woke up to a smell of smoke, the entire hallway was full of smoke, no fire alarm sounded whatsoever. The only good thing about this place is its location if you have absolutely no other option and looking to stay for a weekend close to PEC. Charging $400 a night in Summer season because they know the PEC seasonal demand is high is just as over price as it can get for a place like this.

La propreté des lieux laissait à désirer. Quelques rénovations semblent avoir été faites au fil du temps, mais tout est encore très ancien. Le déjeuner était redondant et plusieurs matins il manquait de condiments et même de nourriture. Les cartes pour entrer dans la chambre étaient souvent démagnétisées. L'hôtel était le moins cher des environs et je comprends pourquoi.

Bed was not a Queen size as advertised. Shower had no water pressure. Sink had so much water pressure it soaked us without warning of course. These hotels are best up. Not a pleasant experience.

We arrived at the hotel around 10 in the evening. Our room was ready and the registration was very quick. The room was very clean and the bed was very confortable

We loved how kind and happy the staff were. The water slide (the whole reason why we booked the hotel was closed, that is not mentioned online. Both pools did not have running skimmers for filtration to remove bugs and dirt, very concerning. Some of the windows were so covered in spiderwebs, bugs and debris that you couldn't properly see out of them. We unfortunately would not stay here again.

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui a besoin d'être grandement raffraichis. Un seul ascenseur pour tout l'hôtel. Il faut être patient. Manque de table pour le déjeuner, mais on apprécie que le petit déjeuner (très bon) soit compris. Personnel vraiment courtois et gentils.

had to call maintenance due to toilet not flushing and sink not emptying then the a/c didn't work but they gave us a fan. Outside pool had green algae and was cold. indoor pool had a slide so all the kids were using that one. Key cards kept not working. breakfast was a disaster not enough places to sit in dining area so people were spread all over the reception area, they ran out of food. We ended up going to Tim's The staff were very helpful and tried their best but very disappointing for the money it cost.

Everything was fine

La piscine était pas très propre car l’eau était brouillé. Le déjeuner il manquais du beurre et des confitures à tout les matins.

When we opened the patio door there was cobwebs going outside on the balcony

While the rooms with a waterfront view are nice - the balconies themselves are not. The fly screen was broken, the concrete chipped, and railings need painting. Not very appealing. At least the beds were better this time around.
