We had a very nice stay, loved the spa and pool, we will be back to stay when my husband has his next appointment at Mayo!

Location is convenient. Seems to need some updating but looks like they are working in that direction. New owners? Will visit again in time.....

good stay

Beds very uncomfortable, building extremely run down. Very smelly and noisy.

Hotel is nothing like the pictures online. Room smelled like stale cigarettes. No pictures or decor anywhere. Beds need replaced. Breakfast was terrible. I read reviews prior to booking and reviews make it seem like this wonderful place. The only positive is its only 1 mile to Mayo Clinic.

Very comfortble large room

Great for a low price.

The room was dirty on arrival. My bed was not made the following day. They only pulled the trash and left wet, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. The air-conditioner was so loud it couldnt be run. The guy at the front desk had no customer service skills. The guy who was putting hot food out for breakfast worked the kitchen with no gloves.

No complaints. We stay here regularly when we have appointments at the Mayo Clinic and some of the staff relate to us familiarly because of that. Very nice.

Close to dining restaurants

We had made a mistake in our booking and the desk clerk was able to get it resolved for us immediately. This was an excellent place to stay.

This was an excellent p;lace top stay. It has a shuttle service to Mayo Clinic and was convenient to all our needs. We have already booked to stay there again!

Breakfast was always good, pools and hot tub were great for kids. Older but cheap

Check-in was very easy and comfortable property was a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable and it was very convenient to where we were going and we would stay there again and the price was right

The was okay. The building is very dated, but it has been given a facelift to help it look better. It is right off the highway and has lots of noise from that. The swimming pool and spa needs a deep cleaning.

If you are going to the Mayo this is hands down the easiest, most responsive staff, super easy parking and really nice shuttle service and AFFORDABLE place to stay! The staff is great and you never have to try to search for them. I've stayed at many hotels in Rochester and this is my go to everytime now!! What are you waiting for...book it!
