Great location. Clean and welcoming environment

Very close to Billy bishop airport, clean and affordable. The staff was accommodating and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there there again.

Facilities and amenities in the hotel was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had no issues. We had a party of 4 the room was spacious enough to accommodate all our needs. Free coffee and tea in the downstairs lobby was a welcome surprise and appreciated. Overall a 5 star rating would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Only thing to improve is the breakfast offering although not a deal breaker.

Clean room

Room was great! Very clean and had a great view. Parking was located in a parking garage connected to the hotel. Thankfully we took our car and not our truck tho because I’m not sure it would have fit! So many great restaurants and shops right near the hotel. Would stay again!

Hotel was excellent

The room was amazing, it was clean, staff was great, we asked for sheets and a blanket for our room for the pull out bed and they were amazing. the air conditioning worked well and was nice because they didn’t have a fan for us for our sleeps so it was good. overall 9/10 stay! thank you

The staff were so friendly and helpful from front desk to breakfast staff to cleaners. Breakfast was not great. It was know going in that it will be standard powdered eggs, brown and serve meat etc., but it was cold each morning I was there. Room was great and so was the walk in shower! FYI - there was no desk and chair in my room. The on site snacks area had ice cold pop and Snapple iced tea! Also, they sold ice cream treats and small tubs of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream! I stayed during a rather hot week - so these were welcome. Also, there’s a lovely park across the road. I spent an afternoon reading a book in the shade between meetings!

Friendly staff, good experience.

Booked a last minute stay on the weekend of the FIFA kick off and it was still a great value and clean and comfortable, as usual.

The door to my room would not click shut. I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk. I was concerned for my valuables inside. He told me that due to the humidity, the doors had problems, and that there was nothing he could do. Just seemed kinda rude to not offer to have someone look at the door or anything.
