Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean, comfortable and in good condition. Had some trouble working the TV.

Nice enough for what I paid. Not luxury by any stretch of the imagination but for a downtown hotel in a city you get value for money. Will likely stay again.
