There was coffee, but a bottle of water would be nice to have in the room; they don't have that.

A bottle of water would be a nice addition because I'm not sure if the tap water is safe to drink.

We arrived late from the via train (4am and heavily delayed). The hotel accommodated us and were so helpful. We wanted to extend our stay and the hotel facilitated this with no problems whatsoever. Front desk staff were amazing. Sometimes vagrants wander into the hotel but the security is usually on the ball and sort the issue out. I would recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing stay, normally I'm not a fan of staying in hotels in North America due to deposits and issues getting it back and I was quite stressed about going here because of it but it was honestly fine. The deposit was refunded instantly and we used an international debit card and cash. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We mostly enjoyed our stay of 1 night. Our view was the parking lot behind the hotel. Blackout curtains helped us sleep for sure. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. there was a coffee maker for our morning coffee, however we thought there would be a microwave in our room - no such luck for Room #1428, however! TV was very clear and large.

Excellent check in. Room was clean and lots of room. Extremely hot in the room, even with the window open and the heater turned off we could not get the room to cool down. other people that we traveled with had the same issue.

Decent and comfortable, but nothing too fancy. Great for travellers on a budget. There was a stained towel during my stay that should have been discarded from their supply. The guy working the front desk at night is a bit condascending.

Clean room; friendly, helpful staff; tasty food in restaurant, though limited menu; comfortable beds; reasonable rates. Hotel does need more maintenance.

Rooms were a bit outdated. Walls damaged. But decent for a nights sleep :)
