The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was was great with many options.

Great amount of space for the price and the hotel has friendly staff. I’ve stayed here twice now, once with just my partner and the other with my young kids and both stays were great and comfortable for everyone. I would definitely recommend and will be back the next time I am visiting Palm desert!

The grandkids loved the pools! We loved the fact that it’s dog friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We were glad that it wasn’t just a continental breakfast.

When we got here there was a dog barking and checked in late the room was not ready. The carpets didn't look as clean and the sofa old and stained, the chair and kitchen cabinets peeling. Needs remodeling for sure. Oh the tv control wasn't working.

Good staff. Cleaning and kitchen personal were always attentive and hard working. Didn't Like- Internet was out multiple days (road construction issues) Friday nights were noisy. Saturdays mornings you didn't know what to expect, toilet paper hanging from tree, condom laying in the outside corridor, not something you want to see on the way to breakfast. Building 1 (I was there for a 28 day stay)

I come to this hotel every year and am almost always pleased. The staff was helpful and quickly resolved a concern I had. The breakfast station was decent, and the BBQ access was a great bonus.

I like how cozy the rooms are, good breakfast, nice views, feels safe, easy to get deliveries and a quick walk from parking to room.

We enjoyed returning to Residence Inn! We like the location for shopping and proximity to hiking trails.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite—one room had a king-size bed and the other had two queen beds. The room arrangement was great at first, but things took a turn when we noticed a strong stench. We tried to find the source, and eventually discovered it was coming from the refrigerator. The smell was really bad. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night and ended up having our meals in my sister’s suite instead. I considered requesting a room change, but my husband thought it wasn’t necessary since it was just a short stay and we wouldn’t be spending much time in the room anyway. Aside from that issue, the property itself was nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us a warm welcome, which we appreciated.

My hotel stay was decent. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom sink was stopped up and there was poor patching over the shower where there was a leak. Lastly the continental breakfast was poor and it needs to be worked on.

We have stayed here many times before and it is always a wonderfully relaxing half-way point to rest on our family vacations from Bay Area CA to Tucson AZ. They are always so kind and accepting of our pets and go out of their way to treat all of us like “family”! Their yummy breakfast offerings, many of which taste homemade, are so much nicer than what we have experienced at other “breakfast included” hotels.

Pool was nice, building 6 has a dead zone for cell phones and internet need to fix that as we could not order a uber ride?
