Unfriendly staff. Smelly bed, room, in fact the whole facility was bad. **To expedia-->Such a bad facility coud ruin your business**

Everything was fine till the air conditioning wouldn’t work right during the day making the room way too hot. Plus I had to clean the air filter - it was filthy. The room was nice, quiet, and roomy. Would recommend for another stay.

Room was good but their air conditioning needs to be upgraded. The room was way too hot in the daytime.

Everything was ok. You can tell it's an older hotel from the décor and the condition of the carpets. Breakfast wasn't much to brag about with just cereal and toaster waffles, but I got by.

Bed was great ; plenty of hot water. FILTHY carpet that made my feet gray after a few steps. AC worked but was loud. Staff made us provide a credit card even though we had supplied one when checking in online. Amenities statement should read ‘free snack,’ because ‘free breakfast’ was the merest nothing. Even the clock radio was noisy.

The whole place smelled musty. It needs some work done on the rooms. I wouldn't have spent more than 1 night there.

Hotel needs major work. AC is broken and has been for a long time. All the buttons are broke. Things are falling apart. We had to ask for new sheets cause ours had stains and hair on them. Only to get an attitude about it. Got new sheets with more stains on them. Just a horrible experience all around.

The room we had was very dated and in need of an update . Our toilet didn’t work very well and the air conditioning didn’t keep our room cool at all . Major smell of marijuana in the building.

Whole hotel smelled. And walls were really thin and could hear everything.

I did NOT like the fact that certain amenities that I have always found at motels that I use regularly (i.e., iron and ironing board), carts to load and carry luggage to the room were NOT offered at Super 8, in Aberdeen, MD. I am handicapped, and this was an unnecessary burden for me. Had I known these things were not offered by Super 8 Motels, I would have booked my stay at another location. There are a number of motels near this one, however, I chose it because it was recommended to me because I had to make a quick trip unexpectedly.
