The room was small but decent. The bed was comfortable. Walking to the room there was a strong smell of cleanser. The room, thankful didnt smell of it. The breakfast seemed average, but in a small space. Their juice dispenser was out of order. The options were minimal. There were also gallon jugs of milk in the cooler instead of individual small cartons. I think what surprised me the most was the $100 deposit for "incidentals." Its a Super 8, in a smaller town. I mean... not a nicer hotel with an open snack shop where you can charge stuff to your room. I understand that it is refunded. However, it seemed rather pointless.

Friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was very nice with the accessible shower with seat, the A/C unit was weak but livable (not very cold). Overall, it easily beat holiday inn.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast room was very good and weel stocked. Parking wasn’t the greatest. The main complaint we have is the climate control. The hotel has wall units for A/C and the room always felt damp and had a musty smell - the air conditioning unit needs to be maintained or replaced! The bathroom tub had permanent stains and did not look good at all - the tub was clean but really needed to be replaced. My opinion is the hotel needs to make renovations and repairs!

We never got new towels each day. One day i was in the room doing interviews, so i understand them not coming that day. But no other day did we get trash taken out or new towels.

Don’t do it. Definitely get what you pay for. Breakfast was horrid and a sign instructing you not to take anything to your room. We didn’t take our sandals off

Room very clean. Wanted first floor. .Upgraded to double for no extra charge. Greatly appreciated. TV to complicated for tech challenged. Juice mach. Broken, easy fix provide bottles. Staff very nice. Very difficult to understand.

They charged a $100 deposit at check-in that isn't mentioned prior. Even though i stay there frequently, at least twice a month, they said they will do it every time. Where is the loyalty appreciation for customers returning repeatedly who clean up after themselves? When i asked that i was told, "its repeat customers that break things or steal the tv every time they are here." THEN STOP LETTING THEM COME BACK! I was told he could just cancel my reservation and I could just not stay there at all if i didn't like his rule. I then almost fell on the wet floor in the lobby due to the ceiling leaking during the current rain storm that had no signs out warning of the water
