Worse place to go Totally managing Failure No service at all staff is very Rude.

hole in our wall, dead spider in our bed, hair in our sink and toilet (not ours), burnt cigarette burn marks in the blankets :(

It’s Love there.

Power outage 24 hours before arrival and was known to be out for 48 hours. The hotel did not call to inform us that we would not be able to stay at hotel. We arrived and were turned away with and are still trying to get a refund 5 days later .

The room was dirty smelly I didn’t even wanna take a shower. It was just messed up.

We did not stay because it was not safe to do so. We left and had to book a different hotel. This hotel is dirty with broken windows and garbage in the parking lot. I would like a refund

The location is good. Customer service is good. The breakfast is very poor. All they had for breakfast was just coffee and tea and 4 ounce of juice pack, and very very small cold muffin. The bathroom needs to be updated because it has a very old deteriated condition. Way to go

Clean, recent paint, nice flooring. Extremely humid with oxidation on some of the lamp hardware and dampness on the bath floor tile.

Very dark and barely Maintained to Wyndham standards

If I could give no stars, I would. I knew the moment I walked into the lobby, there was something wrong. It smelled like a sewer. It was so hard to breath in there. I put my bag on a table and I went over to the desk to tell the woman that I wanted to cancel my reservation. The reservation that had just made less than 4 hours ago. She informed me that because I booked through Expedia, I had to take it up with them. There was absolutely nothing she could do. I had been driving 12+ hours and could barely keep my eyes open so my friend and I decide to just get to the room. We walked in and it didn't smell much better than the lobby. I took the coverlet off the bed and to put on the desk. I wanted to throw up! The blanket underneath had fresh stains all over it. I pulled the blanket down to see if the sheets were clean. Not only did they look dirty, they were urine and blood stained. You could smell the urine. We immediately picked up our things, went to the desk to inform the woman working of the issues and told her that there was no way I would be staying in that hotel.

The room had such a strong vleach and smoke smell and mattresse had mold stains.

The property is old. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Staff not that nice. Breakfast is only coffee and mini-muffins plus something that they call it juice. I also didn't like the neighborhood as well.

It’s an okay property for a quick stay. The rooms need an upgrade for sure. The staff was really good and onboarding was smooth

Right off interstate

I made reservations for smoke room They give unsmoked room At 9 Am one of the stuff knocked a door next to my room in crazy way and loud noise

The free breakfast was none existent even after I had asked the night before what time breakfast is served. I was told from 6am to 9am. Just coffee was availabe. When housekeeping entered my room, they did not make the bed or clean the room. No big deal. They did take all the towels and washclothes leaving not a single piece in the room. This was a big deal. Left me scratching my head as well as the desk clerk that retreived towels and wash clothes for us. Overall the price was great. I did not set a high bar for this stay. Unfortunately they did not even reach the low bar.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and dirt. The walls in the bathroom and the room had stuff all over them. The blanket on one of the beds had blood on it and the other one had cigarette burns and it was a non-smoking room Their was a terrible smelll in the hallways the room smelled as well.

Traveling. People were very nice and attentive. Bathroom was stained and I found hair on towels.
