There is no option to check in early. They don't have the room properly stocked. The bed is very uncomfortable. The balcony is full of bird poop. It was a very underwhelming stay.

The bed was super super comfortable

Parking is convenient in an underground garage, although you have to pay for it. The food offerings in the restaurant for dinner time is very limited, although the people working in the restaurant and the bar area were very, very helpful. There isn’t an airport shuttle, which would be convenient.

Public transport connection from FRA airport a plus. Staff helpful. Great breakfast. Proximity to restaurants. Needs some maintenance (sink drain plugged, air conditioning ineffective).

Very smooth checkin friendly staff and quiet location. Two Asian restaurants within walking distance and parking €20 right across the parking lot. 10min drive to Frankfurt airport making a perfect location to spend the night before a flight.

It was a nice hotel did what I needed it for there is the tram right across the street from the entrance to take you into the main parts. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Close to airport.

Great property but the bar staff were rude to me over the phone. It might have been a misunderstanding because I don’t speak German though so I can’t blame them. The front desk staff were excellent.

The room is very close to the evlaton and wifi is very bad

Disappointed the pool wasn’t open. The buffet was excellent. Easy access to the airport
