Was not 5 star standard.

Love they have the 3 bedroom villas although they are due for an update. Breakfast was fantastic and the pools and gardens are beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Denereau Villas. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, the landscaping was clean and professional. The view of the ocean was excellent. Definitely recommend!

What a fabulous place to stay. Wonderful beach. Clean and brand new bure. Staff were terrific and responsive. Could not believe how under priced our stay was. Plan on the price to be more for such an excellent location and Fiji beach experience. Cannot beat it on the island. Enjoy!

Another amazing stay at the Sheraton Fiji! We love it here and will come back again and again. The kids club is great for children of all ages with a heap of activities on offer each day. The fire show is amazing, the food is delicious, the property is immaculate and the staff are what makes it a 10 star experience! The villa itself is outdated and mouldy in the shower however the housekeepers run a tight ship in cleaning the room each day. Will be back again, VINAKA!

This property was absolutely beautiful! We had three couples and it worked out perfect. We had a three bedroom villa and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was absolutely wonderful.

Dryer didn’t work. Air con dripped A LOT! Weed spraying was done on the garden the last 4 days of our stay. 2 mornings were right outside our room between 7-8am which was extremely noisy and not communicated prior.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sheraton Denarau Villas. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our 4 children loved kids club and we can’t wait to go back.

It was a joy to stay here. The pools were lovely. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The villa was clean, tidy and spacious. Lots of dining options through the associated hotels. Will definitely recommend and will stay there again.

The staff hospitality was amazing!

Stay was amazing, the activity staff Mantz and Wise in particular were awesome with the kids. Breakfast buffet restaurant is open with birds flying around. Don't sit under the booths with lights, we saw at least a dozen birds poo on peoples food, cups and plates. Staff try to shoo them away but they are too busy.

The 3 bed villa was perfect for 5 adults as we had one couple, one single female and 2 male buddies that shared a room with seperate beds. Lots of room and many balconies and you can cook a meal if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Great views whatever way you are faced. We tipped our cleaners every day and got looked after so well. Tipping is not expected but I know staff are on such little wages that we wanted to.

Our stay at Sheraton Denarau Villas was absolutely wonderful! The villas were spacious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We can't wait to return to this beautiful paradise!

Nice properties staff was very accommodating and always checking if everything was fine and if needed anything. All staff very friendly and kind Leo was very attentive to our needs at breakfast. Housekeeping was very nice and checked if we needed anything. Next trip to Fiji I would definitely stay at Sheraton Villa.

We had a decent experience at the Sheraton, definitely not 5 stars. The staff was OK, seemed over worked and forgetful. Everywhere else we stayed in Fiji the staff was the highlight…. Not at the Sheraton. The restaurant on the beach is disgusting, birds and bird poop everywhere, you can’t leave your table for a moment before they swoop in and eat your food. They completely forgot my husband’s dinner. We waited over an hour. In the end they didn’t charge us for my 2 kids food or mine, but still it was bad. Our room was dated. The TVs didn’t work for 2 days of the 4 we were there. The system didn’t work for check in either and the staff said they would reach out when it was back up, but they didn’t. We were asking for early check in, they couldn’t accommodate it, but they couldn’t even reach out like they said when room was ready. I did a massage at heavenly spa and the masseuse was great, but it was outside in open air and I was getting devoured by mosquitoes, it was very uncomfortable, plus the construction going on had it less than relaxing. We did like the activities the Sheraton offered like basket weaving and fire dance. The restaurant inside with the nets up on the windows was good. The dinner buffet was worth it for us, because kids were free. The lack of AC in the main areas was off putting.
