The hotel location was great, staff was very friendly. We loved the restaurant and the swimming area. The room itself needs updated. Carpet was coming up, of all the outlets in the room and incorporated into lamp posts, only 2 in the entire room worked, shower was stained and dripped.

Not good. AC wasn't working and they didn't offer any help or room change.

The property is dated. Rooms do not match description. Hot tob is permanently out of commission. No access to riverfront patios. The guy at the front desk was strange. No food or coffee available. Very overpriced for the amenities and room quality.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Dinner and breakfast food items were great.

Single woman over 60 stayed 3 nights with one med/lg dog. Staff was welcoming. The falls view and sound enhanced by sleep and hotel room view. XL patio areas along falls. I look forward to returning in warmer weather.

Very clean and beautiful scenery

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially Lavante at Beau’s Restaurant. Only spent one night but my wife and I had a very enjoyable anniversary celebration. Plan to come back every year to celebrate it.

The staff was friendly however we had a dirty bandaid in our bed. They gave us a new room and the sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off during the night. I was not able to get a discount on my room due to having booked with Hotels.com which was disappointing. The second room also had wall paper peeling off. The bed was very comfy.

The parking was convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We used room service both nights. The food was good and quick.

The facility didn’t have my check in information. So I blame Expedia. Such an inconvenience. Waiting on hold for over an hour. And I’m still waiting. TERRIBLE
