We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Soma bay. The beach was absolutely excellent; perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room cleanliness was top notch and “Omar” was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding service waiter was “Elsayed”. A special thank you to the manager who was exceptionally friendly and kind. The overall warm hospitality made us want to return again. Highly recommended!

Staff is extremely friendly.

Rooms are renovated, well maintained and kept clean all the time. Staff is very helpful except for the overwhelmed staff at check-in maybe due to Eid vacation rush. However generally the staff was very helpful. Breakfast has wide variety and superb quality. Everything is good except for the coffee in terms of quality and accessibility. Facilities are well maintained, however more entertainment is needed by the beach side.

Excellent location, nice rooms & excellent buffet. Staff were outstanding!

Daily contamination of buffet with birds bathing and feeding in buffet food and dining areas. Excellent staff could not control the numbers of birds that accessed the restaurant. I was offered no doctor or reimbursement after I was sick for three days. (I did not dine elsewhere during my stay). Excessive renovations and noise means most restaurants were closed. Spa was extremely low quality facilities.

The staff was amazing especially Abd El Hamid from housekeeping and Abd El Baset ( one of the chefs; he had Falafel prepared especially for me At breakfast), beach staff were brilliant. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, smiley. Sea water was stunning, I had a sailing catamaran course with Mohamed Shaaban who was a genius. Thank you to all the staff and will definitely go back.

Resort is at a very nice location, near the snorkeling deck. Friendly stuff willing to help. Property is under renovation and also a mile away from marina shopping area. The suite is spacious and well furnished.

This is the second time I have bed. Here. We love it. Although there are massive renovations this did not spoil our stay, and when they are finished it will be outstanding. All staff are superb and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble.

Property is undergoing substantial renovations - we changed to a redone room after day 1 which was a great improvement. The setting is excellent - we've stayed a number of times before

Amazing stay :)

Definitely it is one of our best vacation spot from many places we visited. No humidity, no mosquitoes, good service and good food. Staff was very friendly, helpful and trying to please in every turn. The beach is clean and sandy. The sea is slightly cool (it was early April) when you enter but very nice afterwards. The weather was between 76 -82 around the clock! Some areas of the building are showing their ages. But still well maintained. The food was plenty and very tasty. Attention to details was very noticeable. How can you beat such a place 🙏🐟👋🥰 We are planning to come again for sure!👍👍👍👍🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

We had one full day no hot water. No one came even after repeated calls. Yaseer in dinning supervisor was great.
