Toilet would not flush. Was told that was the only room available so went to look at the problem. Then was told it was “just slow to fill” but was given another room anyway. Overall the hotel was ok but certainly not worth what I paid for a single night. Refrigerator that was scratched, rusted and in need of defrosting.

I have a good experience staff was friendly, installations clean , 4 min drive to the colonial center, restauran ts walkable distance. The only item was the bathtub was a bit sleepery.

Andre was the first person to greet us, excellent at his job. All others we met were accommodating and friendly. Nice to see a hospitality staff practice good hospitality eh? This is not a fancy place, but for people like us who only spend a couple hours a day at the hotel, it was perfect.

If you are looking for a decent stay for a great price, Sleep Inn is right for you. The price was great, compared to the other hotels in the area. The breakfast was…meh. Not a lot of options and not the best quality. Best thing you can get there are waffles. The lobby is nice and updated, however the rooms show a lot of wear, including small holes in the walls. Everything was clean, but worn. We did notice a terrible musty smell when we arrived to our room that improved during the stay, but never really went away.

We had a great room. King room was huge. We enjoyed our stay. Yorktown was awesome.

Friendly staff and very reasonable per night. Breakfast good. Well situated property to vacation destinations and restaurants.

Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean.

This was a great location for the purposes of my stay. The check in was quick, the room was clean.

Good service for a reasonable price. Kids liked the indoor pool and the breakfast was convenient.

Excellent stay!! Andre at the desk welcomed us every time we entered the hotel. The hotel was quiet, well managed, well maintained, very clean, very comfortable. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good! The Golden Corral in the parking lot was excellent for breakfast (if you want something different)and dinner! We had no complaints!

Judie, front desk was wonderful. She handled my reservation with expert handling and was very easy going and knowledgeable. Wonderful staff and nice facility.

Check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. He continued to welcome me back each evening with a warm greeting. Breakfast is expensive with all the options one might expect from a hotel breakfast. (Make your own waffles, cereal, apples, bananas, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, danish, milk, coffee, tea, juices, etc) The breakfast room seats about 30 and can get busy but people were respectful and aware of the space. The staff member running the area was attentive, friendly, and was constantly checking up on, restocking, or cleaning, the area. The room was comfortable, clean, and met or exceeded expectations for the price. Golden Corral is in the same parking lot with a few other restaurants in walking distance.

Great location & staff, breakfast was good. A pretty simple hotel but for the price, can't complain.

We had a good stay. The one thing that needs attention to is the indoor pool area. The windows do not open so it can get extermely hot and humid. The kids didn't seem to mind.

The property was clean and the hallway smelled great. Our rooms smelled a little musty and our room had 2-3 red spots on the carpet that looked red like blood so that kind of creeped me out other than everything was clean. Our door was extremely hard to open my husband had to body slam the door for it to open and it was really loud like we were breaking the doors down lol. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was wonderful also. We loved the location. We walked right over to Cracker Barrel to eat and also Golden Corral is right in front of the hotel they share a parking lot.
