Staff were welcoming on arrival. Although not their fault, the unhoused population who came through the doors and asked another staff person doing maintenance if there was a pop machine available made us question safety at this location as the maintenance person pointed them down the hall to the machine. Then then loitered in the parking lot for a bit. The clerk ensured us that the doors are locked at night. While we waited for an uber to pick us up out front another patron checking in advised that his vehicle was broken into the prior year at this hotel. Difficult situation and not the hotel's fault but securing access 24/7 until the situation is resolved would make us feel safer about choosing this location in the future. Most likely will stay somewhere else when needing accommodation in the area. The room was clean and quiet. We didn't take part in the continental breakfast offering but it appeared quite full when we left.

Area is not the greatest, it’s very loud outside the room from the traffic on the road. The staff at check in was rude and abrupt. The room was unsafe because the dead bolt was bent and falling out of the wall. The door to the hotel room was uneven at the top allowing for the hallway light to shine into the room and noise from other people going in and out of their rooms to be heard loudly from inside my room.

Check-in was quick. Hot tub and pool were good for the kids, although the pool was ice cold. Rooms run down a bit, hair dryer did not work, closet door was falling off and the inside shelf in the closet fell when we were there. Showers are average, what you would expect for a motel. Breakfast was ok, eggs were good, sausage was dried out and waffles stuck to the pan pretty bad. Overall, it did the trick but would consider somewhere else next time

Families beware. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place warranted one. My family of 4 needed a place to stay, thinking best western would have been one of the better options, unfortunately our stay was the worst experience. Hotel is dirty, rooms looked like they had water damage, all things I could have tolerated BUT when my family went to the pool area, my toddler ( 2 years old) had to use the bathroom, so when I brought her to the bathroom, someone was smoking crack in the only bathroom they had for women in the pool area. I instantly went to front desk, demanded a refund, they said they couldn’t give me a refund and the manager would call me , manager never called me. The door was left open to the pool so ANYONE could get in. Please second look before you pay to stay here

The bed and room were clean, and we did receive an upgraded room, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel is in need of significant work and maintenance. One major issue was the dryer—after using it, my clothes smelled strongly like dog urine, which was very unpleasant. We were also uncomfortable with the fact that there were homeless individuals using the pool and shower facilities. While there were a couple of positives, the overall experience fell short and did not meet expectations.

Great hotel, super comfy beds, amazing staff highly recommend

We had a good stay. Location was key for us. The hotel basic and dated but, for the most part, satisfied our needs. Definitely needs a facelift and some minor maintenance. The toiler and bath/shower room is tiny, tiny but the room, itself was large, needs more electrical outlets especially by either side of the beds.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Good continental breakfast. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Room we were in had road traffic noise though. Almost like the window was open. Probably an easy fix with new windows.
