Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner would not allow me to adjust to lower temp ( was ok though) On site parking for a cost was reasonable. Great location.

Breakfast staff was super nice, better than the food. Location is perfect and all the staff were superb.

Awesome location for resteraunts and small shops. close to nightlife and GO train (2km). Great reateraunt and bar in building. very walkable property to beachfront/trails. Will definately be back.

Overall nice, clean, comfortable two queen bed room. On the small side. Only a desk chair for sitting. Limited amenities - hand lotion, body wash, etc. There were multiple events at the hotel resulting in limited to no parking. Great location on the water with access to the boardwalk, small beach for kids to paddle, leading to nice sized kids playground and splash pad. Staff professional and very helpful.

The on-site patking is a municipal parking lot next to the hotel. If it is full, as it was when I arrived, you have to go use another municipal lot. The rooms are tired and in need of a healthy dose of TLC. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Neither is a small oversight, but the niggles are unforgivable for a $350 room. I was booked for a week, but stayed just one night. That says more than I can!!!

Beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff. Beautiful and spacious room overlooking the Lake. Everything you could possibly ask for was in the beautiful downtown across the street.

Room could have been a little cleaner, previous guest must have had a bloody nose or something and blood drops were on the carpet in room 400 as well as the bathroom floor. I requested a cleaning and the carpet remained the same and I had already wiped up a couple spots on the bathroom floor. Carpet in room needs steam cleaned. Other than this, the location was great for walking the path every morning and sitting on the outdoor patio. Breakfast was a typical continental hotel breakfast, not great. Also, be aware that you pay $24 per day for parking a vehicle during your hotel stay but a parking spot is not guaranteed, we had to park in a nearby parking garage (free on weekends) a couple nights due to the public/hotel parking lot being full!

Everything was wonderful. Try the restaurant especially during Happy Hour. Prices are supper. The food is consistently great. Thank you.

Great place. One recommendation would be to upgrade their TVs to smart TV,s or allow for streaming.

The location is excellent, right by the lake with beautiful waterfront views and easy access to the downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, parks, and walking trails nearby, making it a great place to relax and explore. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was being able to take a stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the scenic views just steps from the hotel. Whether you're visiting for business, a weekend getaway, or a family trip, the Waterfront Hotel offers a comfortable stay in a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the sofas in the king room and the chair was comfortable. Overall tho’, I’d say the rooms need to be updated. I’d like to suggest that showers might be more suitable to today’s travellers… the tub seems a little passé, in my mind). I’d like more hooks in the bathroom (I’d prefer to hang a hand towel rather than leave it on the vanity top. ). The blind was a mess (… but you already knew that!). Love the ice machine! Continental breakfast was nice - personally I want Raisin Bran, if you know what I mean! We were there for 4 nights and I missed the “breakfast bites” (eggs with spinach, etc.) that you’ve had in the past. Staff were excellent…. Housekeeping staff was always pleasant and accommodating and breakfast room attendant was always cheery and helpful.
