Location is good, nearby from the heritage and iconic building area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good room with coffee maker, but I have trouble when my hotel voucher include with breakfast, but hotel person said not included, and I need to pay for breakfast. No asian breakfast.

Hotel was very near from Bigben, only 10 minutes walking. it was clean. the reception was very nice and helpful. They served us well and help us to find a taxi from Hotel to Station. I might stay to Novotel waterloo if I back to london.
