The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which makes sense given that it’s primarily geared toward families. The bar at night is practically empty, so don’t expect a lively scene — but if you’re looking to unwind, that can actually be a plus. The grounds are great for walking, and the food is fresh, healthy, and genuinely enjoyable. A few things to note: the pool was a bit cold for the season despite being heated, and the fitness classes at the gym tend to get crowded, so we ended up going to another hotel for the spa experience. We also had a citywide blackout during our stay, which left us without electricity or Wi-Fi for a while — not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning. On the bright side, the location is excellent — you can walk into the town center easily, which is great for exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay, and I’d happily come back with friends again.

For the price of the room, one should espect great service. Unfortunately and besides the staff being very friendly, the continous lack of service at the facilities (mainly restaurant and spa) leaves a strong disconfort to think of coming back again

Location amazing. View from rooms amazing. Rooms are dated. Pillows not comfortably ( too poofy). Water in the shower goes hot cold hold cold. Rooms smell from extreme moisture. Food was so so. Overall we loved th place in spite of everything because it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had no Americans there an no one spoke English other than front desk. Amazing golf, tennis , pickle ball and morning cycling classes outside. A lot of local wealthy people come here.

Bad service , lot of problems!

The premises, specially the spa needs some serious renovations. You can really feel they let go.

Todo estuvo súper bien solo el Servicio en el restaurante Joxe pudo haber estado mejor medio lento y dejaron cosas pendientes que tuvimos que cancela fuera de eso todo excelente

Hotel is very nice & staff super friendly. I didn’t like I couldn’t have a drink at the bar near the golf course. Golf members only they said, but it was empty during weekdays

Marcamos a recepción dos veces para pedir que nos dieran el kit de mascotas y la botella de bienvenida y nunca no la dieron. Muy mal servicio. El frigobar y los snacks que supuestamente te dejan en la habitación con costo adicional estaba vacío y al final nos enteramos que debían estar llenos.

Muy bonito hotel buen servicio pero pésimo el checkout me querían cobrar la renta de la habitación que ya estaba preparada con expedía más otros cargos que no reconocía. En total me estaba cobrando más de $ 10,000 sin justificar y quedó casi 1 hora aclarándolo
