The location was great and very central! Close to shops and restaurants. Only think is yhey the hotel did not have a lot of natural light. Rooms and hallways very dark

Great hotel and wonderful breakfast. The location was perfect for dining and shopping and also very close to historical sites.

There were renovations going on by my room and the noise started at 08:00. Otherwise a decent breakfast and a comfortable bed in the heart of downtown. The staff were wonderful.

Three nights. First two nights awoken at 7:30 by construction happening on 8th floor, and even though we were on third floor the noise was as if we were in a construction side (noise, shouting by workers etc). They did move us to first floor on third nignt. Service is always top here. Never complaints for staff. Amazing people.

Very nice hotel!

Good location but upgrade was "I have no knowledge of that" quickly followed by "Unfortunately we are full" but pushed using the spa. Front desk didn't have any info about bus to Meteor but manager who did would call me (didn't happen but excuse would be that I wasn't in). Travelling solo so left papers on table at breakfast to save table but staff threw them out and made no effort to look for them or to apologise. Put the Do not Disturb Sign on my door but person came into my room anyways and sign disappeared.

Everything you need is accessible in the area. Great location. Great staff.
