Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city, next to sites and restaurants and bars. Parking underground is a bit tight, but easy access to the hotel. Breakfast could be improved by replenishing items and unfortunately the hot food was cold. Would stay again.

Parking is extra €19 per day, other than that it’s in perfect spot and nice hotel

The hotel is very nice and in excellent condition. It is centrally located close to everything like attractions as well as food and shopping. The staff is super friendly especially Laura who was very helpful and made our stay wonderful. Keep it up guys!

Breakfast was so so. I purchased room with parking. Parking is next door to hotel Laura at reception was great the other were not so helpful.

Check in staff was rude. Other staff were flat, not friendly. Surprised as other places in Spain staff was welcoming. Room had no place near bed to charge phone. Options were bathroom and under desk. Room was small in comparison to other places we have stayed in similar price range. Hasllway was poorly lit.

The breakfast was not up to the usual high Spanish standard … cold cooked eggs, limited foods and juices, and slow replenishment at busy times.

Breakfast was wonderful and parking our car was a breeze, the hotel explained snd made the parking easy! Beautiful hotel and a great location to all tbe sights.

Todo muy bien solo no me gustaron dos cosas la habitación súper caliente tenía puesto la calefacción vamos yo entiendo que había frío pero no todos los clientes queremos calefacción en la habitación para poder dormir tuvimos que dejar la ventana abierta sino era imposible y otra cosa no ponen ni agua en el mini libre de costo entiendo que la cerveza y refrescos está bien cobrarlas pero el agua debería ser gratis esos dos puntos fueron los únicos que no me gustaron en cuanto a lo demás perfecto las chicas del lobby súper amables el restaurante súper bien el desayuno muy bueno y la atención igual gracias

Well, since it’s the beginning of April in Zaragoza, the hotel decided it wasn’t necessary to turn the air conditioning on. The whole hotel was hot. With temperatures reaching in the high 80’s it was miserable in the room. The windows open wide but with the noise for the street you couldn’t hear yourself talking. The hotel in itself is great, but what a disappointment not to cater towards your guests.

Clean room great staff good breakfast easy parking

Clean Room. Basic shampoo and conditioner. Bar Soap. There are no tea or coffee brewing supplies in the room. There is no iron/board. This is a very basic room.

Really nice hotel but breakfast is not worth the cost.

The on-site parking was very convenient and the staff was excellent.
