Lovely Victorian bulding

The noise from the vent intake. Pigeon's out side the window. If there is a fire you can not get out the window. One pillow. Quilt thin. Very small room. A lift that has no working lights It should take 5 people. But it's down to only 2.

Little tired in decor but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights

Very old and dirty conditions. First room bath not working got moved to another room and the tv only had 2 channels working windows didnt lock the hotel just needs money spending on it wouldn't stay here again

Lift out of order 24hrs. Extractor fan bathroom not working.dinner at six waiter rushing around clearing away by six thirty.waiter complained to couple they were late at 6 twenty. The savoy is really good value for money. Room clean bedding fresh and clean. We were upgraded to room with outstanding sea views.(excellent).

Me and my bf stayed for 1 night the room was clean very spacious staff very friendly the only things we wasnt happy about was u couldnt pay by cash it should say on the site , good job we took cash and card with us , the water for the shower wasnt very powerful but we managed, the lift dosent go to the 3rd floor which is where we were ,so we had to get off at level 2 and walk up a few steps which was ok but me having a disability was quite painful , the lift is under repair tho but all in all was a nice hotel x

It was ok could do with bringing up to date and toilet paper wouldn’t flush away sink was hanging off the wall

Room 334 was too warm and cramped, the mattress was uncomfortable and noisy ,and there was room to swing a cat .. over all I was very disappointed with my stay at Savoy

Stayed for 3 days with my family. Could not fault the hotel and staff.. Only moan was no maid sevice so had to ask for toilets rolls and towels after the second day and make our own beds. Its an old hotel, considering what I paid for two adults and three kids it was value for money.

Arranged a surprise birthday trip to Blackpool. I had previously booked with a cheaper hotel but as a special birthday I thought I’d upgrade,the savoy Blackpool came up and I’d heard good things along time ago Really looking forward to our stay, until arrived no blue badge spaces or any parking. We had to park further away from hotel but with health conditions I struggled. Receptionist rude, room tiny, mould in tiles and in bath

Great hotel , the rooms were clean but bathroom basic Yet downstairs was beautiful great views shame it was pouring But enjoyed it never the less

Everything adequate for my 3 day stay. Never had any meals there.

Love this hotel stay many times. It serves its purpose great friendly staff and love the breakfast good location for the centre

excellent staff and good cleanliness

Like empty car park. Dinners &breaky plentifull. Diss liked the staff shortage the smell of suidge on first floor stains on room carpet. Congratulations to the staff .
