Fabulous location a few steps to St Marks square. Fabulous room, fabulous breakfast daily! Have stayed in Venice at many properties but this is where I will stay from now on!

Excellent hotel in a prime spot! We loved being just steps away from the Doge's Palace and the market center. While the bathrooms were quite small, the hotel itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel was a 2 min walk to Piazza San Marco. The location was central to the boat transports & great alleys of restaurants & shops. We had a larger room which was so nice. The bed & all the amenities were excellent. Only thing missing was lotion. Breakfast was easy & a very decent selection. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Very happy with our stay here.

Perfect location steps from St Mark’s square, transportation and many great restaurants. Good breakfast at the hotel. An issue in Venice is the sewage smell that wafts up unexpectedly in various places. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating! We had an unforeseen situation arise, and everyone on the staff took part in facilitating a solution. I would say, they are all dedicated to their profession, and we would recommend them and their hotel.

Convenient location to St Marks. Many of the must see sites are an easy walk. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Great place to stay but the AC was on chilly whatever we did and I found the bed to be very firm . It was very clean, a credit to the staff . 25 min walk to the bus station which was hard work in the afternoon due to the crowds , but easy in the early morning as the streets were empty in comparison . A few min from the expensive shops which reflects in other shops , the further out the better the prices .Do your research and you will have great time . Nothing is far away as long as you can walk .
