Great hotel, very helpful and nice staff, fantastic room with a King size bed. Good breakfast every morning included with the stay. Location was the best directly behind St. Mark’s square. Walked to all the main attractions in the square area with ease. Great restaurants located everywhere near by. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Don’t even think twice about booking this hotel, it was over the top.

Great room with modernised decor- much better than we thought it would be. In the perfect location, just minutes away from San Marco Square and only a 7 min walk to Rialto bridge. Despite being right in the centre of the action, no street noise could be heard at all! The breakfast was good, mostly continental, but you could order freshly cooked eggs and bacon. The room had a fridge which was an added bonus. I couldn’t find this information before I went, but the room did have a hairdryer. Pack either a plug adaptor or USB C leads fo charging phones. They don’t have the old type USB sockets. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Room was nice, clean and comfy. The best part of this hotel is its close proximity to St Mark's Square and near by St Marco water transport station.

Room was clean, shower was great, shower gel was so good had to buy one to take home. The location of the hotel is phenomenal right next to everything.

Great location although I suggest taking vaporeto to avoid the long walk from the train station with luggage. Rooms were extra clean and good size when compared to US standards. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options on the menue. Hotel is in the heart of Venice , making it extremely convenient to explore around.

Front desk people were awesome, friendly and very helpful. Loved the breakfast selection. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Location was also great. Everything is close by.
