What truly made our stay unforgettable was the service. Everyone we encountered was polite and attentive, but one person stood out: Koshish. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was anticipating what we might need, checking in with a warm smile, or making sure everything was just right, his service was flawless. What impressed us most was how natural and effortless he made it all seem. He struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion, making us feel like the most important guests in the hotel. The Ritz is more than just a beautiful place to stay; it is a true experience. Thanks to the exceptional staff, and especially Koshish, our visit was one we will never forget. Outstanding!

An incredible property and the most comfortable room ever except it was hot - apparently due to renovations in process. What really made it amazing were the friendly, kind and attentive staff with ready smiles who were so welcoming and eager to make our stay the best. An example of the incredible service is we had some delicious sourdough toast leftover at breakfast and we asked to take it with us. They took it away and we waited - we finally realized they had packaged it up and already delivered it to our room!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything was perfect. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed at lots of different hotels all over the world but the Ritz stands out over and above the rest.

Unfortunately we arrived at the Ritz for a long overdue couples get away but were unable to stay due to not having a physical bank card. In a time when everything is digital and people use Apple Pay we found this policy outdated. We were in a hurry as we were going to Wembley to see oasis, we were so disappointed to be told we would not be able to stay at the Ritz as we have always wanted to, luckily the cafe royal around the corner had a room and we stayed with them.

Excellent location, efficient friendly and polite staff. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and have excellent decoration.

Excellent Reception, outstanding service, made very welcome and exceptionally clean and spectacular decor throughout.

Free upgrade to a suite with brilliant views. Staff go above and beyond in their service. Breakfast was excellent and had a good choice. Opted for valet parking which was straightforward.

A truly optulent experience, there is nothing about staying and dining at the Ritz that is disappointing.

An amazing experience, we stayed the night for my wife's 40th birthday, the staff went over & above to make it memorable. I can't thank them enough, they made us extremely welcome, from the concierge to waiting staff, everything was impeccable. Yes there is a price attached to this level of service but it was worth every penny. I'd definitely recommend & hoping to return again in the future. Thanks for everything to the whole team!
