We got to the hotel and got our room. When I got to my room the door had a do not disturb sign on it. Another customer in the hall said it was someone in their groups room that the AC went out and the GM moved them to that room. The next room I got the AC was loud and the next room the AC was out. The 4th room was finally in good condition and the AC worked. I had to upgrade to a king because no rooms with 2 queens left. We were exhausted and had been driving 13hrs and it was late so this made for a miserable experience.

The person who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom however, the lighting at the mirror in the bathroom was poor not as bright as would be nice for putting on make up or eye drops, etc.. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were crunchy and hard and not comfortable. Breakfast was OK if you like eggs that was great which unfortunately I don’t the sausages were good. I normally eat a bagel for breakfast, but the bagels were just plain and hard with only plain cream cheese so flavorless so I passed on that and only ate the sausages. The other cold items look like you normally see in a hotel for breakfast which we don’t usually care about. The tiny little freezer section in the mini fridge had about 2 inches of frost covering the whole freezer section when we arrived. The next size up mini fridge with an actual little freezer compartment would’ve been better, but this one was just slightly less than adequate as we were hoping to refreeze our ice packs for a cooler for the next day of travel. It is very little cell service available inside the hotel. We have Verizon for our cell phones. The rooms were quiet and the window coverings worked well to keep the light out in the morning. We were too hot with all the covers on and too cold with just the sheet even though we had the thermostat set at 68 All in all day was good, but not great.

Conveniently located right off the highway, easy check in with clean rooms. We stay here every time we come back from Nashville.

Everything was great except the room I was in had a shared door with another room and I was up most of the night in bed listening to a baby crying, people talking and laughing. I could clearly hear their conversations.

The headboard was dusty, countertop sticky remote was sticky, I had to wipe them down but overall everything else was great thanks

Just a quick overnight stay but friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

The stay accommodated what we needed it to do for our stay. I did have two observations of the room. 1. The room had some working lights and others that did not. 2. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor. Housekeeping needs to do a better job in cleaning the rooms. The best part of the stay was the staff. The staff were very personable and very accommodating. Our check and check out staff were really nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the future.

The carpets were not clean in the room.. Breakfast needs to be better. Needs to be hot. Everybody was real nice and friendly though.

Booked double queens thru Expedia..once they confirmation came thru it showed us have king beds in both rooms rather than 2 beds which didn’t work for us. Tried to immediately cancel and Expedia told me the hotel would not allow us to cancel. Shame on Expedia and La Quinta.

I did not know room service cleans rooms every third day. could not control thermostat turn on to cool room and the heat came on.. ran out of tissue, had to go down to get towels. breakfast was yesterdays food (old).... .

This property has always been a great experience for us as we travel between Illinois and Tennessee. Well-kept, clean, and a great staff! Rose at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, I hope she’s working in our next visit!

i paid for the protection plan and had to cancel my stay and when i called the hotel they claimed that i would receive a refund i contacted expedia and they were unable to issue my refund i will not be using Expedia again

Staff is great! Clean and comfortable, Great value! This is our second stay, we have another one booked two days from now on our return, and will continue to stay here on subsequent trips!

Convenient place to stay after an event in Nashville -about 45 minutes back toward home in Illinois. And no rush hour traffic to deal with the next morning.

Nice staff. Clean. Fan in pool incredibly noisy. Otherwise great stay.

The overnight gentleman was very friendly/helpful. Pool area very nice. In the morning, the cooks and everyone was just so nice!
