Great breakfast and friendly staff. The gym was adequate but could do with pull up / dip frame. The concierge (I think Lazaro was his name) was very helpful as was Jose on reception.

Great location, fun neighborhood

We really enjoyed our 5-day stay here, the hotel is centrally, located to many of the tourist attractions. I got upgraded and had access to the business lounge where they had breakfast and evening snacks which we really enjoyed. Also fell safe while walking in the night around the hotel area.

The Hotel is well located but there’s construction around it which causes lots of traffic to reach the hotel. Also there’s a nightclub on the street over facing the hotel and it’s very difficult to sleep , the music goes on until 5:00 am in the morning.

Servers were rude. Pool is clean and warm.

It is located in the heart of the city, making it safe for evening outings and convenient for sightseeing around the area

Love the location, staff super friendly and service oriented. Personally, I did not like the pillows, and the ironing board was damaged.

The location just one block off of the independence angel monument is really ideal. The location is fairly quiet while still being near lots of places to eat etc. It’s not a luxury hotel but perfectly nice hotel. Only thing wacky is the toilet paper rolls located too far back from the toilet and a single towel hook in the entire bathroom. Will stay here again.

We stayed here for one night and we couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby, rooms, rooftop, gym, restaurant were all clean! I would definitely come back!

This is an older property, but well maintained and clean. The staff are what makes this property exception. From the housekeeping, restaurant / business lounge servers, concierge, maintenance or front desk clerks they all go out of their way to make you feel valued and to do their best. This hotel is well located to access the historic sites, museums, restaurants or other parts of the city. I stayed for two weeks and felt very much at home there.

Safe & convenient location

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Awesome little oasis on the rooftop with view of el angel de indepencia. The pool and hot tub are small but quite nice. The staff are amazing. We forgot our stuff in the safe and they made sure everything was ok until we returned to get our things. Nice restaurants in the lobby but tons of restaurants nearby, coffee shops, ice cream. It’s a lovely neighborhood.

We received "business club" access which included an amazing breakfast buffet, free water bottles and soft drinks daily, a happy hour with snacks and free beverages, etc. The corner room ended up huge. It was a double room with a bedroom and a living room. Each side would have been a large room. Staff was awesome too, although we didn't speak a whole lot.
