What a stunning hotel and the team, perfecto! This is the only hotel I would ever stay in, whilst in Venice.

This is a top of the line Hotel. Their service is excellent. We ran into a difficult situation that I had to be Hospitalized we had booked the Hotel stay for two nights only, but due to me being hospitalized my husband had to stay there which was not easy because they were booked but their staff members went out of the way to accommodate him.

Premier place to stay on the island of Venice. Staff and accommodations were top notch. Hotel lounge gave us a quiet and private area to enjoy a night cap and unwind.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

We had a wonderful time at the property. Great central location, breakfast room painted ceiling was breathtaking and they are dog friendly!

Truly beautiful property with an excellent staff.

The room had two steps to go to the bed not very comfortable. The breakfast was good except the orange juice terrible, also we ordered to the room two minestrone soups and were TERRIBLE

One feels like a movie star arriving in a taxi boat that docks next to the hotel entrance. Hotel has great old world style and charm. 1 minute walk to St Marks Square. Breakfast staff were helpful. Nice buffet with bubbly prosecco available as a nice start to the day. Staff were pleasent and a good concierge service. Only thing that lets it down was no view whatsoever from our room.

Very well located in the best part of town. Quiet street close to all the attractions. Staff very polite and helpful. The rooms need to be refurbished soon.
