Excellent , friendly staff, room smelt of smoke even though there is supposed to be a no smoking policy. Bathroom door felt like it was going to fall off.

Excellent staff from front of house to bar staff to cleaning staff. All amazing. Included brekkie was really nice. Parking was easy and accessible.

We liked the location. It was close to many restaurants and bars. The roof top pool looked nice. The parking was a bonus. Breakfast was good but a little bit cold for some items. The staff were very friendly. The room was big. Would recommend for a couple of nights.

We loved the room layout and provided amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was great. The only problem was the lack of sound proofing meaning the noisy crowds on Hindley Street and the noisy people coming in late at night and even people in the next room could be plainly heard.

Always great to stay at the Rocko! Reasonably priced for such an awesome hotel in an elite position.

Enjoyed the stay and will be coming back. Breakfast is a must.

Great hotel if you are staying in Adelaide for a conference at the convention centre. Ideally located, great rooms and terrific staff!

Extremely well located in relation to the convention centre, making it a great spot to stay at for work-related trips. The shower's water pressure is another plus!

Very central hotel . Can’t fault the staff , they were brilliant . The room was great in size , just quite tired looking and a little dirty . Not day to day dirt but just needed a deep clean . Disappointed the pool wasn’t heated as that’s what is booked for and couldn’t use . Extremely nosey , some drum and bass party opposite hotel until 3am , great if you are into it but not great if you want to sleep . Also bar, restaurant and room service finish at 9 , not great !

Change the do not disturb cards and put a hook on the door to put the card because every time I went to open the door the card fell.

The hotel is lovely in great central location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff we’re amazing and the food was nice. The only issue I had was that I was on the first floor facing the street, so it was quite noisy, i’d forgotten what inner city life was like. But that is my only nit pick. I would stay there again and bring ear plugs next time.

The man at the desk on check in was lovely and very hospitable. Had dinner in the restaurant and at first the waitress was nice but when I went to pay she asked "how was everything " didn't get time to even open my mouth and she had walked off and the lovely African waitress made the excuse, sorry we are busy, ( only two other tables in the restaurant) because I thought it was rude that she asked me a question and proceeded to walk off. The meals were average, definitely microwaved. Frozen veg with the barramundi LOL for the price and the impressive sounding menu to when the food came out, completely different. I do like to stay at the Rockford, but either change the price of the food, or improve the quality. It was quite tasteless. The side dish Brazilian rice was just a bit of white rice with some spicy salt?

The breakfast was shocking, couldn't eat there
