Plenty of parking, clean room and quiet considering its on the main drag.

Property was extremely easy to find which was amazing as I arrived after dark. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, a fabulous way to start a relaxing weekend away. Property is a little old and tired which is shown in the grout, paint and finishes. However the bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was very clean. I have not slept that well in years!! If I had not wanted to sightsee this weekend I may have stayed in my room the entire time! I will definately be back! Felt like home, without the noisy kids!

Our room was not huge but had everything we needed. We had the spa room which had a huge jetted tub. Got good use out of it. Only issue was the location was quite noisy as was on a main road and constant noise during day and night which we assumed came from the split systems in the adjoining rooms.

Breakfast was terrible. Cold scrambled eggs, undercooked toast, warm fruit juice, no salt/pepper. Fixtures and fittings showing their age.

Parking was easy and we experienced very little road noise, our room had everything anybody would require. Would recommend this motel to anybody,

The owner was very helpful to us, given our troubles with our type 2 electric car port.

I had to clean out the spa as the jets were shooting out black stuff. Tiles were cracked around the spa, and a hand print was on the tiles. No sponge provided yet dish liquid was, lady stated that all dishes get removed and go to comertial kitchen to be cleaned being strange about a sponge request yet gave one. None of the cutlerly or plates cups matched at all. Bed was comfortable, had to move couch to watch TV in bed as on a low tv unit, potentially put tv on the wall on movable arm to be watch in spa too. Spa sticker stated please do not use spa after 10:30pm for the consideration of other guests, this is not notified on line or in any legal contract so mayby consider soundproofing the roof below and any other walls

Room suited our needs. Clean and comfortable. Only downside is the noise from the highway outside.

Fair value, room had a slight odour which remained after airing out. Unfortunately located next to a main highway with trucks passing infrequently. Front window frame appeared to vibrate with some of the road noise at times. We opened and firmly closed the slide window this appeared to stop the vibration sound emanating. Comfy mattress and very clean bedding.
