It advertised breakfast but theyhad no breakfast, the sheets wete very itchy to both myself and spouse, staff was good

Everything was great! Room was spacious and super clean. Comfortable bed and great furnishings. Bathroom was very large and spotless. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in Birmingham. The cost was very affordable and it has all the amenities that you could think of. The staff was amazing and very welcoming here. I will be staying here more often!

The overall Building could use some updating. The elevator was like a suspense movie. The jerking & sudden stopping wasn't good.

This place was disgusting to the point i didnt even want to check in. It was a walking covid case and the person at the front desk was not any help at all. I dont understand how you even have the nerve to try and charge me $90 for a day when 1. The hotel was clearly not at any capactity to try and charge me for booking a room when i didnt even check in and 2. This place is absolutely disgusting and i dont see how anyone woild want to stay here. If i didnt even check in didnt sign any documents at all why are they tryingn to charge me, this place is absolutely horrid😡

Staff was great. Free laundry provided. the carpet was wet in front of the air conditioner.

For what I paid for this room I was pleased. I wouldn't pay over $100 to stay here. The queen suite is more pleasing the the lobby and halls. Walls are SUPER thin. Low ceiling. Super comfy bed.

Clean and nicely furnished although for an extended stay, the room was small and dark. Requested an accessible room via prepaid reservation. When I spoke to staff uppon arrival, none were available.
