Its a nice hotel, comfortable beds. Ple ty of space for families.lots of restaurants close by to choose from. In the middle of everything.

This location is good for ease to get to the airport early in the morning. The room was clean. The hair dryer didnt work. The front desk customer service was okay. Overall the Convenience of this location is great.

I would say definitely below average for the price. I know it’s not an expensive hotel to begin with but still I’ve stayed at hotels in the same price range that were much better. Plus, our ac wasn’t working and the room was so hot. They did accommodate us and move us , but still such a pain. Thankfully we were there only 1 night, but definitely would not stay there again and would not recommend

The only problems: Hair dryer don't work, and the cards for open the door don't work really well. Everything else excellent.

Stayed three nights. Parties in neighboring rooms late into the night for two nights. Sketchy people vaping by the stairs so that my kids were too intimidated to go upstairs - we had to walk across to the other side to use a different stairwell. Most definitely NOT kid friendly. Oh and the air-conditioning/heating unit literally fell off the wall.

They don’t do daily cleaning until the third day of your visit. Toilet seat was broken. Have to call to get toilet paper and towels. Never again smh.

We liked that this place was near a lot of shops. I’m always afraid I’m booking hotels near sketchy areas but this one was in a nice area.

I did the preregistration and was for nothing I had to do again onsite they said they didn’t receive it but I was charged dollar to make sure my card was valid for the preregistration.

First room we got there was dogs next door which were not allowed, 2nd room they gave us AC did not work and sink smelled really bad, 3rd room they gave us smelled like cigarettes when we asked for non smoking room. We ended up leaving and having to find another hotel.

Generally good, but the waffle maker was broken at breakfast, so we didn't get a hot breakfast

Not worth for price, also charging $10 per day even after my stay, yet to call them for the reason for additional charges

The stay was good but there were a lot of things that could be replaced. The chair had tears and rips in it. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The beds were good

Plumbing issues and dirty shower head

could hear what was happening in the neighboring rooms which wasn't appropriate for kids.

Dining staff was nice. Had issues with everything else

Tub leaked water entire stay & maintence never sent to fix it. 2 lamps next to beds but only 1 had a bulb and never received a replacement bulb. Neither lamp had a shade. Tv & internet went out for about 2 hours.
