Convenient location right downtown with lots of great restaurants and museums within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Great gym and pool.

Room was not cleaned daily. Location was good, but taking two elevators to get to the room was a pain.

Even tho we booked early we found our room at the farthest corridor. Spouse with cane took the challenge . Hotel is wonderful tho.

It was nicely located in the heart of the city and walking distance to the tourist attractions.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The lobby was also well appointed. As the lobby was on the 6th floor and the elevator transfers were slightly difficult to navigate at first, but once understood it wasn’t a problem.

Bathroom door could not close. Put a pending amount for 3 rooms instead of2 and was on the phone for 1 hour.

Great pool. Indoors but has an outdoor feel with the huge windows and covered deck.

We really enjoyed

The hotel is well located and walkable to a lot of attractions/points of interest. The room was clean, well stocked and a good size. The pool was great with the indoor outdoor element, but it would have been nice to have patio chairs on the outdoor terrace post swim. It is a very small shallow end and deep so not ideal for small children. The supplied pool toys were a bonus. Because of the size of the hotel and the ballroom dance competition going on the weekend we were there, the elevators were very slow. It added anywhere from 10-20 minutes to our commute. There is also no option to take the stairs in the hotel as they are emergency exit only which is not helpful.

The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Concierge was knowledgeable and available to assist. Swimming area was clean & comfortable laid out. A shower in the pool area would make it easier. Great location!

Perfect location for a lovely stay in Montreal.

Nous aurions apprécié des bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo. Une petite attention intéressante sinon tout était parfait!
