Toilet seat not fixed to toilet, was reported but nothing done.

Great 1 night stay, very close to the train station, rooms were a good size if a little dated but the bed was clean and very comfortable with great pillows.

Have been staying at the Carlisle County hotel for over 5 years, ideal central locations and very chilled out and efficient team of yng stuff but they have started chargeing £8 a night to park your car which has until now been free to park so sorry guys you have lost this regular customer

Room and bathroom were very clean and it was very quiet. The staff were great and I will be using this hotel on my visits to Carlisle.

Great friendly girl on check-in. we arrived early and she let us check in. great location for everything. 2 mins from station. Hotel is old but was clean. would definitely use this hotel again.
