No hablan español. El trato es bastante frio. Le da lo mismo si te ayudando o no. La habitación es enorme, para 5 cómodos. El desayuno por el precio es horrible muy pobre y lo sirven donde esta entrada y recepcion al hotel. La ubicación es muy buena.

I guess you get what you pay for . If you want extra towels sheets you need to go downstairs and get them yourself. Don’t count on a good breakfast it really is grab and go ….. coffee yuck

This hotel has the be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I walked through the halls and there were pots and garbage all over. In my room dog pee as I entered the room. The tub was black on the floor. The carpet beyond disgusting that I put a towel on the floor to walk from the bed to the bathroom. I had a shower and went to blow dry my hair. There is none. I had to go downstairs to get one. I will sleep with one eye open and lights on to make sure there are no roaches. Extended Stay used to be a decent place but standards are disgusting now. I was just too tired to call Expedia to argue with changing hotels. Even the staff agreed standards dropped when I told them that this is not a typical Extended Stay. Very disappointed to say the least. Never again.

This place smelled like urine. The room itself was grimy and there were pubic hairs in the shower. I booked a king but they downgraded us to a double queen because the third floor is “under construction.” The bed was uncomfortable and the blankets were too thin.

The room was clean, however the entrance and elevator was not clean and the hallway walkway to room from elevator rugs not cleaned. However attendant advised construction in progress for face lift on property.

They had roaches crawling around on the bed.....

The lady at check in was kinda rude, the room had a musty moldy smell. The carpet had a sticky feeling to it. The breakfast offered was coffee and an apple. It was a very convenient location but for an extra couple dollars id stay somewhere else. The lady at check out was very friendly and polite.

Worst hotel I have ever stepped foot into. This hotel was nasty at the check in desk and got even worse inside our room. A live cockroach was crawling around and the pull out couch had visible springs and different colors of mold growing on the mattress. All that the offered was a cover to go on top. Absolutely horrendous hotel and I absolutely do not ever recommend anyone ever staying at this here for any reason at all. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Trust me it's not worth your time.

We stayed here in 2012 and really enjoyed it,so booked again for 2024. Couldn't believe the change. The only outdoor seating is inside the pool area and even then it's only a couple of deckchairs and loungers. The pool needed cleaning, in the two weeks we stayed here,we didn't see anyone cleaning it. The breakfast is grab and go and consisted of cereal bars, muffins, porridge and grits. There was limited choice available if you got there a little late. The coffee was available in a big urn,but didn't get topped up. There was no drink available at any other time apart from a vending machine. Rooms are very dated,which isn't really a problem when you're just sleeping there,but they only clean them once a fortnight. It seems that people also live in the hotel and random people just wander in and get chased out by the reception staff. On the second week of our stay,the lift broke down and was still out of order when we left,four days later. The reception staff had no idea when it was going to be fixed,as no one told them

Overall was a good experience.

The staff was great. The location was unbeatable. We do feel that the security at night was a little bit lacking, I think the traffic that goes in and out of the hotel they should have a guard there at night. Overall was a good experience.

I didn't have high expectations, given the cost, but the hotel managed to not even meet my low expectations. The sink in the room would not drain, we killed multiple bugs during our two-night stay, and it lacked in basic items you would expect for a room with 3 beds and a small kitchen. We had to request cooking supplies and dishes, to which they gave us a small collection of items, not enough for our family of 5, and what they gave us had clearly not been cleaned well. The biggest problem wasn't in the room, however. The main lobby, elevator, and hallways of the hotel were terrible. The smell throughout was borderline nauseating; a mix of food, trash, smoke (and not just cigarette smoke, if you get my drift), and general funk. The stairwell had bags of trash and the elevator landing on our floor had tubs with dirty dishes on the floor.

I waited over 20 minutes for someone to even be at the desk to check in. When an employee came by for what seemed unrelated purposes (she was pushing a cart), she rudely asked “so do you need something or what?” I know it was late, and I was trying to give grace, but it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Walking to the room, the carpets smelled extremely sour/moldy. The room was clean enough, and was a fit for the family. But the rest really made us not want to return.

Just wanted to share with everyone This hotel has rude front desk staff I don't know but when I'm working as the face of the business I should great everyone with a hi, hello or how can I help you???? At this hotel the front desk just stare at you....odd I would not recommend and FYI it has roaches in the room

O hotel é extremamente sujo. Os corredores são sujos, o quarto está sujo, a banheira é muito suja, tem uma barata morta no chão do banheiro. A banheira está entupida e a pia também. Eu pretendo não voltar mais e não quero nem imaginar como será o café da manhã
