We arrived around midnight, and the front desk informed us that the keycard system wasn’t working, so she would have to open the room for us using the master key. However, the room she attempted to open was already occupied, which caused some confusion. The front desk seemed unsure about which room to assign us. We were eventually given a room, but since we were four people—two of whom were supposed to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed—there were no extra pillows or blankets provided. To make matters worse, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. We had to schedule the room last minute, at midnight.

Arrived a bit after 9:00pm to discover the hotel had cancelled our reservation because they were completely booked. No email, no text or call. We had been on the road for some time and this was not a welcomed development. The desk staff was kind and courteous and made several calls for arrangements for rooms at another location not far. That location was gracious and charged us the same amount of our original booking through Hotels.com, but now we have to sort out a refund for the original charge when we booked. The new location was not real clean and darkly lit hallways. Many of the lights in the room buzzed. Smelled like turpentine. We made due and were glad to have a place to sleep, but wont be using this location again.

I loved the friendly professional attention provided by the staff. The quiet of the hotel was also a welcome joy. I was exhausted & need to sleep& bathe. The luxurious over-sized bath tub, was a dream come true for me. The sheets& towels were always White& perfectly clean& with no stains-an improvement on other hotels I have visited. I skipped the grab& go breakfast, to sleep in late& felt like it was worth it. I really enjoyed my stay& I will visit again. Thank you Extended Stay America-You RULE! We arrive at our room. No sheets in the sofa bed. We had to go get it . Nothing, I mean, not even one plate in the kitchen. You have to go downstairs to get whatever you need and be lucky they have it. The coffee in the lobby is as bad as it gets; they don't filter properly. The lady who was working that night was doing front desk, housekeeping, washing sheets, and dishes at the same time.

Front lobby needs updating.

There was really nothing special about this place other than customer service was good.

Parking was limited. Room needed maintenance.

Carpet needs replacing, floor was filthy. Could not add night easily then when I did I had to do online but stay did not go thru by attendee so was woken up by housekeeping and had to show my receipt almost getting booted from hotel

I am asmatic. The rooms were supposed to be smoke free but had strong smoke odor. Requested a different room which was granted with another one which turned out to be more or less the same. It was made clear there wount be any other room change. The bath tub was terrible had to put a towel to step on as I took a shower. Never again to that chain

Nice staff. Clean bed (surprisingly). The hotel is filthy and run down. Awful odors. Trash in the hallways. Parking lot litter everywhere. No excuse for the conditions.

The room needs repairs and cleaning. The curtain allowed light in all night long. The tub faucet leaked. The walls were cracked. The side of the refrigerated was pitted and not clean. The rug was sticky and needed replacing. Was definately not worth the money.

Budget locale, but still good for the price. The breakfast is coffee and prepackaged muffins and bars. But the rooms have their own kitchens. You have to request plates, glasses, flatware. That’s to avoid theft. No gym, no vending my schines. But safe location and free parking

8 pm parking lot out front full. door from back lot to front desk locked. so had to walk all the way round. then no one at front desk for 10 mins. then she was barely intelligible

Cleanliness is an issue around the room. Room was looking aged. But very lovely and helpful staff. Smelly corridor. Slow internet. Our room had a very noisy Fridge and Heater/Air Conditioner unit. Breakfast is minimal but ample to fill up.

The desk clerk copped an attitude when I presented a military ID. Said they don't accept them. These rooms were musty, there were broken drawers, and what appeared to be dried blood splatters on the walls. In the morning there was no breakfast and coffee was only available if you had a cup (their paper cups were said to be in storage). There was also a pallet of supplies at the back door that had sat out in the rain the previous day and night. There was somebody that had slept in the hall. It was the first time I've seen a parking spot closest to the front door, "Reserved for Police" and not for the handicapped. I've been to many Extended Stays before and this is by far the worst one I've ever seen. Avoid it if you can. Photos available upon request.
