My second visit to the area and second stay at this property, the experience is wonderful! Great location, great staff across the board, and comfortable rooms.

A couple of the front desk people were a little rude. Almost stuck up . U csn tell they dislike the job they do. Nothing horrible just acted irritated to help me check in. People in the kitchen were very good .

Enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very nice. Only complaint is unsteady water temperature in the showers. It could go back and forth between hot and cold ten times during your shower without ever touching the knob.

The ocean view was great but the room was very small with the 2 queen beds. We needed a guest to tell us that you need the room key to make the elevator work (the front desk did not tell us right at check in, but pointed them out). Beds were not comfortable and we had to check out 1 day early (no refund either).

While the hotel is fine, any additional charges are outrageous. Daily required valet parking is $65 and an egg sandwich is $30. I would not stay here again.

Well kept. Convenient location and very nice and hospitable staff. Nice pool, bar and restaurant. I would return.

Great place to stay. $55 per night for valet parking and there is no self parking option. Staff was amazing.

Only problem was with vending machine

This hotel is valet only and is $65 A NIGHT!! Needless to say we were completely blindsided. To make matters worse, they use a third-party company and blamed them for the cost. I half expected to pay around 30 for parking since that’s usually the cost for hotels but $65 is absolutely ridiculous and you are forced into it because there’s absolutely no parking around the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was given a makeover so it looks newer, but the doors don’t completely close unless you push hard and you hear absolutely everything through the walls. To make matters worse there was a really bad leak in the ceiling near an outlet where I plugged in the dryer not realizing it was wet luckily I wasn’t shocked but that was scary. When I called the front desk, they offered to send someone to the room, which is crazy since a leak (I’m guessing) would take a little longer than 15min to fix. We were only given another room because I requested one which should’ve been their first offer. Finally, in the morning we had a wake up from some very loud neighbors who are blasting their music, again called the front desk and of course they did absolutely nothing about it. I expected more from a hotel that charges $230+ a night.

Had a situation at the front desk and felt like the guy didn’t want to help us and didn’t care. Everyone else was lovely. That lady server that works at the pool is really lovely.
