Love staying - Clean rooms, and love the amenities, especially the pool and breakfast included. I also appreciate someone always being in the front desk, ready to help and super friendly.

This is a very convenient hotel near the airport.

The Property Was Great. The staff was awesome. The rooms were good. The only thing that I didn’t like was the pillows were not firm enough. Everything else was good.

Staff was friendly. However, there isn't much parking space. The property was clean and quiet.

I would rate this hotel much higher, except the complimentary shuttle service was not nearly as smooth as expected. Prior to my flight yesterday when I called the front desk early to verify things, they said from 5 AM-10 PM the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. After exiting the airport at 7 PM, my family waited 45 minutes before I called again, and the staff said the same thing, but also that there was no shuttle because we didn't request one. Which is it? I shouldn't have to request a shuttle if it runs every 30 minutes! Finally, the shuttle showed up about 8:15-8:20 and there were 2 other passengers who also experienced the same predicament. Other than that, everything at the hotel was great, so it's unfortunate things went this way.

Accommodating, friendly staff

Got bit by a bug on the back of my neck!!!! Not a happy camper!!

Hallways were very loud. Walls thin.
