The motel needs a major renovation hallway rugs and rugs in our room looked dirty and the wallpaper was starting to tear in placesova

Hot tub was out of commission.

Hot tub broken, ice machine broken, pop machine empty, room a mile away up two flights of stairs, room number missing, replaced with a piece of paper taped to the wall. Check out staff ignorant. Consistently pathetic.

Staff was great greeted us with a smile , very pleasant to deal with. Room was clean. My wife and i had a great experience.

Pool always seems to be out of order which was disappointing again. Otherwise, the stay and room was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

We love this place and stay a few times a year, mostly for the hot tub and sauna on a cold evening. When we booked, we were sent an email saying they were open and functional, and the day after when we checked in we were told they were closed all weekend for maintenance. That should have been known the day before and told to us. We would have booked another weekend. Pretty disappointed.

The room needs a tlc make over. The curtain needed hemming, the lock on door was missing, the duvet had stains on them, the carpet had stains.

Staff were friendly , beds were nice however bathroom tub was filthy and carpets , floors need replacing . Dog friendly hotel so expect some howling from pets left alone in the room

I was in my room I received a call on the hotel from from an unidentified male who asked me if I was the hooker in Room 156( which was my room) i said no he repeated i was told the hooker was in room 156. I said NO and hung up. There was no call display on the hotel phone. I contacted from desk who arranged for me to switch rooms. I did not feel safe in this room.

Staff was nice, decent water pressure in shower, bed was comfortable, there’s a restaurant on site…Shower needs a good scrub; grout between tiles in particular, top lock on door was broken(no part to fold over), pools closed

They do not provide a breakfast. So not good.
